I deeply admire the work you do, Genevieve. It's courageous and highly principled and exactly what is needed to counter the prevailing trends in what was once respectable journalism.

"Kidnapped by police"? I think that means "arrested."

How can someone who seemingly doesn't believe in the criminal justice system use words like "kidnap"?

Thank you for everything you do to bring attention to this horror.

I have read these stories with horror. Self id is coming now to prisons in my country (Switzerland). We need to organize but there are so many fronts in this nonsense. I am fighting the kids on hormones front, and the grooming in schools. But this gender ideology is a hydra.

I feel so much for women in jail. This is a nightmare

I was a kid on hormones. The treatments saved my live, people like this are absolutely evil but please do not punish me for their actions, I have nothing to do with them.

Hi Carrie. If you don’t mind me asking. How old are you now?

The journalists listed at the top of this essay are the ones that particularly need to be hounded, together with the publications that allow them to push their anti-science, pro-paedophilia beliefs.

There are no words...

No, but we need to find them anyway if we're going to be able to stop this deroute.

Really depressing. In one sense a special kind of empathy is called for since these individuals in one way or another are obviously either sick, deranged or seriously disturbed, but the first duty of social and legal authorities must be to protect, the vulnerable in society and most emphatically children, from them. The pseudo intellectual garbage of gender ideology seems to be becoming a serious obstacle to conscientious execution of these duties, and these people understand all to too well how to exploit that.

This also shows how dangerous criminals are - predictably - jumping on the prison abolitionist bandwagon.

I still can't get many to believe that many of these prison abolitionists actually mean it literally, or how influential these ideas have become on the US left.

You really half ass this don't you? Or are you leaving out half of the story because it doesn't fit your narrative? I was in that garbage filled truck with Jessica the same day she was arrested along with 30 or so other drug addicts over the course of months. I drove it and so did several other people. Someone definitely left those crumpled up printer images in there but we will never know who. Do you know why we end up using drugs? Not because we're evil. Because we have had traumatic lives. We are at a point that we are making a decision between numbing ourselves or ending the pain permanently while hateful, ignorant, selfish people like you demean and marginalize us. Anyone that you don't understand. Anyone that isn't like you. We don't want to feel the pain that you seem to take joy and pride in inflicting on us as you kick us while we are already down. We are gay, lesbian, Trans, Jewish, Tlingit Native American (Jess is native Alaskan fyi), autistic, mentally ill, abused, raped, barely surviving. You are the oppressors. You think you are going to be replaced, as did the Nazis. You live in fear because you cant fathom an idea that isnt one thats not even your own, but one that has been pounded in your head by other opressors. I feel sorry for you because I have empathy, but you need to take a look in the mirror because you are the problem. Until those in this world with voices start promoting love and put real effort into fixing the real cause of the problems we see in the world instead of driving into it head on wirh hatred and down righr masochistic ideals, there will be no meaningful change. Not for the better. Just an endless cycle of suffering. People need to do better. You can do better.

Oh god, this is just so depressing. Why are prisoners allowed internet access anyway?

They're not. They can email and zoom confirmed and welcomed contact with loved ones for a price fixed by a private company that has a monopoly and it's the friends and family that are price gouged. Luckily, inmates can write letters and send them through the US mail.
