Trans-Identified Male Hired by Australian Medical Association Sharing Self-Made BDSM Porn on Social Media
The Australian Medical Association (AMA) in Victoria has hired a "fetishistic" trans-identified male to act as a regulatory liaison officer for medical professionals. Brooke Collins, who publicly posts BDSM pornography on social media, wields influence over medical professionals and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and in his role as a liasison, works with both AHPRA and medical colleges.
Collins was hired in April of this year, following the Australian Medical Association's endorsement of "gender affirming care" for children, including the use of drugs to halt the puberty of minors. In a statement published in June of 2023, the AMA announced their support for "gender-affirming care," including the use of drugs to halt the puberty of minors.
"The AMA unequivocally supports the health and welfare of people who identify as LGBTQIA+, which includes trans and gender diverse people seeking and undergoing gender-affirming care," reads the statement.
In February 2024, the AMA updated its position statement and listed detailed demands made by the medical authority to the Australian government. Among these, the AMA called for the state to "urgently enhance access to beneficial gender-affirming treatment that people who are trans and gender diverse," and to update school curricula to include the concept of gender identity in the public education system.
"Gender-affirming care is a model of healthcare that centres on non-judgemental acknowledgement and recognition of a person’s gender identity. Fundamentally, gender-affirming care involves an understanding that trans and gender diverse people 'tell the truth about who they are,'" reads the AMA statement.
"Gender-affirming treatments, including puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and gender affirmation surgeries, may form part of this care for trans and gender diverse people."
Collins was hired by the AMA as a liaison officer in April of this year, having just been admitted to the Victorian legal profession as a lawyer and officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Yet disturbingly, Collins has been producing and posting extreme pornography of himself on social media for years, and has referenced the genre of "forced feminization" - a type of pornography that eroticizes men being forced to wear lingerie, take female hormones, and perform sexual acts while pretending to be a woman.
Collins also operates an OnlyFans account where he used the moniker Alexis Storm and posted images of his anus and genitals, as well as selfies he took while wearing lingerie. "Poly, Kinky and Dominant transgender babe here for some great times and being a debaucherous slut," reads the account's bio.
Additionally, he is active on the fetish social media site FetLife under the same name. Collins' public profile describes him as "pansexual, princess by day, slut by night" and lists his fetishes.
Among the dozens of sexual activities listed are bondage, degradation, voyeurism, gang bangs, sadism, and "sex in public."
But perhaps more disturbingly, Collins has described himself as being in a relationship with another trans-identified male who uses the pseudonym Jacinta Nile. According to Nile's LinkedIn profile, he has been a registered nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health for the past four years. Prior to that, he was a nurse at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
A guide published by the Royal Melbourne Hospital titled "Transgender and Gender Diverse Inclusive Care" tells staff that people who claim a transgender status "have the right to use bathrooms and wards of their affirmed gender, even if it’s not reflected on their Medicare card."
It also advises medical professionals to avoid "gender[ing] body parts," and as an example recommends calling "a cervix a cervix rather than part of the female reproductive system."
Alarmingly, staff are also informed that they may be expected to provide feminine underwear to male patients who claim to be transgender. "It may be important to provide or help your patient gain access to gender affirming clothing and items such as bras, binders and underwear, make-up and wigs, or shaving equipment."
A Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy adopted by the Royal Melbourne Hospital notes that personnel are expected to attend "training and events... promoted to raise staff awareness of issues and build inclusive practice," on the topic of "Trans and Gender Diverse Inclusion".
Nile, who, like Collins, posts homemade pornography online, appears to have a sexual fetish known as lactophilia and has filmed himself attempting to lactate with the caption, "Me milking myself, yay!" His Fetlife bio reads: "I am just your average kinky bitch trying to get by in the world! I have found that bringing my nursing knowledge into the world of kink has opened so many new and exciting doors for me."
Among the over 50 fetishes listed on Nile's account are "abduction play", "sex in public", and exhibitionism. Groups that Nile is a member of are titled, "Anal Sadists and Sluts," "Extreme Humiliation and Degradation," "Psychology and BDSM," and "Pain Sluts".
On X, Nile has frequently interacted with Collins, and describes himself as "polyam, kinky" and an "animal lover". The two men have shared their excitement about "growing" breasts due to taking female hormones. They also have made posts which indicate an interest in the BDSM practice known as "cock and ball torture," or CBT, a sexual interest in inducing pain to the genitals via sharp instruments or pressure.
The inclusion of sexual fetishes into Australia's medical practice has already resulted in women being censored for raising concerns. Last year two women were informed by X, formerly Twitter, that they had violated the law for posts they had made criticizing a trans-identified male attempting to breastfeed his infant child.
Jasmine Sussex and Standing For Women Queensland (SFWQ) were both contacted by X in May, with the platform informing the two accounts that specific content they had posted would be censored to Australian users in order to comply with Australian law.
X sent two emails to each user, the first explaining that the platform had received “official correspondence” from a“government entity or law enforcement agency” which had claimed that their content had violated Australian law. A second email was sent shortly after to each user advising them that the content was going to be withheld in Australia.
Sussex, a veteran advocate for breastfeeding mothers, found herself fired as a volunteer breastfeeding counselor in 2021 after pushing back against the adoption of “gender neutral” language in breastfeeding care. The following year, Sussex was removed from the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) after 18 years of membership.
“I was sacked for. … ‘Engaging in Sectarian Controversy’ in breach of the ABA constitution,” she explains. “In other words, continuing to talk about the dangers of gender identity ideology for mothers and babies, including how men were forcing their way into the breastfeeding relationship by attempting to induce lactation.”
Of course he shared porn and BDSM. Is anyone still surprised by this? Unless you're asleep or not paying attention, that is.
Thanks Genevieve, it must be so difficult trolling through this bilge (although so important to continue to keep us informed & keep the receipts)!
The lunatics really have taken over the asylum here. If the Australian Medical Association considers this ok and is actively promoting it (& punishing those who speak out), it should, IMHO, be disbanded! 😤
