This man should be in psychiatric care as he is obviously not well, as my grannie would have said "he is aff half his heid and the other half is full of frogs". Why are public bodies listening to him? Where is their due diligence with regards to safeguarding? The man is a prostitute... Why is he allowed to lecture and prostitute himself at the same time?
