Reduxx has learned that a man serving a 30-year sentence for the fatal beating of a 55-year old woman has quietly been transferred into New Jersey’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women.
When you read something like this and you see that these are the people that the most respected organization for civil rights, ACLU, is now defending, you wonder if the entire world has lost its mind.
The ACLU has fallen and been rotting for some time now. This is why there are now organizations like FIRE. I can remember so much good the ACLU used to accomplish, but those days are gone, and they are now a festering sore.
Why are trans-identifying men not housed in a segregation block inside male prisons. Their behaviours are male. Their incarceration needs to be male-orientated and so provided by wardens who have experience of working with male prisoners. The prisons/courts who relegate responsibility to female prisons should be held culpable for the behaviour of "TIMs" who are housed in the female estate. Judges and Governors held to account personally for the decisions they make would go further. Maybe then this insanity will cease and the human rights of female prisoners will be more important than those of TIMs who are delusional or just "at it"!
If male prisons are not safe for males who identify as female, then the state and federal governments must house them elsewhere; they are not and never will be female.
It would be interesting to see how many inmates subsequently assert a transgender identity, when they’re informed they will be serving their sentences amongst other males, who identify as female.
Beyond Reprehensible... Our Judicial system is a Disaster.. Lawfare Warfare is now openly practiced to destroy the fabric of society.. western civilization.. Women are clearly being Tortured with blessing of our courts..
The problem is one asymmetries in human rights, whereby somebody can declare an identity, effectively to get back into a position of relative power. I think there is an argument for saying, for instance, that if you commit a crime as a male you serve the sentence the same way. I don't buy the idea, for example, that a man who rapes a woman can claim a right to expensive elective surgeries.
One of your correspondents makes the point that she is 'against all prisons'. I do sympathise with her point about institutionalised rape but absent from her equation is the right of citizens to be protected against such dangerous individuals. Again the concern is asymmetric.
There is a good practical argument for making prisons more humane as per Norway who have a lowest rate of recidivism in the world. However, in the US there are economic complications, as prisons provide a source of slave labour to some big corporations and government departments. Whatever you think of that, it's no way to rehabilitate those with the potential to contribute to society, rather than being a net cost. To be clear, I don't think that society should be obliged to take the risk on the release of the sort of people, who can bludgeon others with a hammer in cold blood.
A male is a male is a male. There's no committing a crime "as a male," but some males (and some females) commit crimes. It doesn't matter what clothes they wear, how they groom and how one "identifies." One is either a male or a female from fertilization until the end of life.
You missed my point. If a man with a penis penetrates a woman against her will that is inherently a male crime. I think we are probably in agreement otherwise.
If a man in a dress, with long hair and his penis cut off and plastic balls sewn in his chest hits a woman, it's a crime committed by a male. The same goes if a deranged eunuch penetrates/rapes a woman (or man) with an object.
There are countries where police and prisons have been abolished. For instance, Haiti and Sudan; that's always a choice for those who don't agree with penalizing crime.
“It is torture for me because I only have half of my bottom surgery and so I’m stuck in the room all day with this part that doesn’t belong to me,” he said.
Oh great. I can just imagine the conversation about this, oh, we have a male who hates women and attacks them and rapes them, who’s decided he’s now a woman, what shall we do with him? Let’s move him to a women’s prison where he can rape and attack as many women as he likes. Great idea, let’s do it. In what world does this make sense?
They need more coddling! Especially the ones who wear diapers for fun. How will they ever be “rehabilitated” without any mommy and daddy play time? Get real, DOC! You sick disgusting creeps going along with this insanity.
Oh you mean prison should set up a procedure for inmates to decide by majority vote if men can be in women's prison? What a great set-up for women who want some sex and men who wd oblige. Women who don't want to be abused can just suck it up.
I'm against all prisons, or I'd suggest we needed three sets, Male, Female, and Other. Caging people up with others they can't escape from is imposing extrajudicial rape which is cruel and unusual punishment. This new situation only brings that basic problem that humans don't belong in cages into sharper relief.
If "humans don't belong in cages", how do you propose to protect society from violent and murderous people?
Building prisons for the "Other" category is an expensive proposition for an ephemeral trend. There have always been and will probably always be male fetishists who enjoy dressing as women but the current trans movement is a fad that will pass and the numbers of people identifying as trans will drop dramatically.
I once asked a prosecutor whether he thought there were better alternatives, and he said Yes. I asked whether prosecutors in general thought that (or just him) and he said prosecutors in general agreed. Ask prosecutors for their thoughts about appropriate sentences. I would suggest psychological treatment. They clearly need help. It is a fact that the population of people who have murdered is less likely to murder (again) than the general population. So we don't need special protecting.
The current fad is getting women raped in prisons, so we can't just wait for it to pass away.
Most of the citizens of Haiti and Sudan are very unhappy with the "liberating" of prisoners and the defunding of police, but those who approve it could always relocate.
For a start, it's not new...has been happening since the 80's in the UK, not sure about the US (since at least 2017) but certainly not new. And secondly, for those of us that can comprehend the written word, the 'situation' that is obvious is that Females in the prison system have no safeguarding. And lastly, your suggestion of an "other" section in prisons would result in the same.... female prisoners getting raped and sometimes becoming pregnant.
this world has always been mad but I believe it is pretty clear that men can no longer rule over anything...they lost their minds and their humanity completely (not that they had too much of that to begin with).I'm glad to watch their grubby little world collapse and watch them struggle so hard to help it along

It doesn’t make any sense how they decide what rights to champion anymore.
I sometimes feel like I'm in an alternate, insane universe.
They are for men and the female-hating trans cult. No surprise really since almost every other organization is now. Still horrible...

Have people in positions of power all gone insane! Kills a woman then gets put in with them😤there is something wrong going on!
If male prisons are not safe for males who identify as female, then the state and federal governments must house them elsewhere; they are not and never will be female.
It would be interesting to see how many inmates subsequently assert a transgender identity, when they’re informed they will be serving their sentences amongst other males, who identify as female.
Males who ID as female, in their delusional minds, do not deserve special treatment.
Let them FACE THE MUSIC, the justice, in men's prison!
Male prisons aren’t safe for anyone. Lol.
That’s true for several inmates; it’s not a problem for female inmates to solve.
Beyond Reprehensible... Our Judicial system is a Disaster.. Lawfare Warfare is now openly practiced to destroy the fabric of society.. western civilization.. Women are clearly being Tortured with blessing of our courts..

What's your point caller?
No males incarcerated in female prisons, regardless of grooming, clothing and elective surgery. The opposite of your point.
That was my point.
There are countries where police and prisons have been abolished. For instance, Haiti and Sudan; that's always a choice for those who don't agree with penalizing crime.
Both those places have some of the most inhumane prisons in the world. Your comment makes no sense.
“It is torture for me because I only have half of my bottom surgery and so I’m stuck in the room all day with this part that doesn’t belong to me,” he said.
Gee, sounds kinda mental to me.
I am not a shrink.
They aught to have ball slicing workshops available to them. Or, be given hammers since some are so proficient in their use.
Ah, so The Hammer and the Sickle! Sounds abt right.
I’m at a loss as to how anyone can believe that the people driving the bus right now have our best interests in mind.
Oh great. I can just imagine the conversation about this, oh, we have a male who hates women and attacks them and rapes them, who’s decided he’s now a woman, what shall we do with him? Why not let female prisoners vote on whether or not to accept male prisoners?
I'm not sure prisoners are allowed to vote?
Oh you mean prison should set up a procedure for inmates to decide by majority vote if men can be in women's prison? What a great set-up for women who want some sex and men who wd oblige. Women who don't want to be abused can just suck it up.
Great idea.
I’m assuming women who do not want sex with the criminally insane will be in the majority.
I wd guess that too.
My point maybe too obscure here is that I would NEVER trust the Prison Industrial Misogynistic Complex to create such a "voting" procedure.
Can you not imagine women being threatened to "vote" for such a scheme? Can you not imagine the prison fk w the #s?

Who decides who's in this OTHER category?
They can have their psych help from inside their cages.
I think you should check your stats abt repeat murderers, sometimes known as SERIAL KILLERS.
You demean rape survivors by calling it "a fad"
A bullet in the head. God will provide.
Great we'll send all the serial killers to your house and you can keep an eye on them.
"This new situation only brings to light..."
