Getting sent to prison for these individuals is like a perverts paradise. How anyone can be ok with this is beynd me. The fox is getting locked in the hen house! Why are women never consulted or listen to?

▲A thousand times this!▲

Thank you, BlackieKat (what a cute nom de plume btw)....I was thinking this same thing. A pervert's paradise indeed. *barf*

These male SCUM are using the prison system as their own personal playground to have access to vulnerable women. It's absolutely mind numbing that people don't see this for what it is. Men are de facto predatory. They've raped and pillaged since time immemorial. Not all men (thank the heavens) but enough of them to cause harm.

Where are the good men fighting these idiots btw though? Where are they?

I'm so done with this horsesh*t. I swear to f*ck if some tranny freak POS walks into a female bathroom I'm in, I'm going to kick kick him right in his tranny sack.

Honestly, if I see some guy trying to pretend to be a woman, I'm going to laugh right in HIS face and tell him to go suck some nuts roasting on an open fire. Merry effing Christmas, you nutballs!

Unfuckingbelievable!!! Those responsible for this horror should be drowned in their own sick.

Right? Drowning is way too good for them though.

I'm all for cutting off their man bits and shoving them down their clown faces...maybe a nice, "Here's your fucking pronouns!" as an ender quote while they choke on their own junk.

Then just toss them into a dumpster and set it on fire.

These transfers are a gross error in judgement for the sake of women’s safety. There is no world in which born males with intact genitalia are women…sex and gender should not be conflated to pander to the emotional “safety” of intact males. If you look at Maslow’s hierarchy: physical (needs) safety are more important than emotional (needs) safety when it comes to survival.

Expand full comment

Yes. Or men who *have* had their genitals removed, and/or are on wrong-sex hormones. They're still men. No man has a right to access spaces created by the hard work of women to protect women. And certainly not in a facility where women are confined and can't get away. Eceryone authorizing this, the judges, Tim Walz, whoever, is crazy, must be stopped, and should be held criminally liable.

Genevieve, thank you once again for your incredible reporting and powerful writing.

You already do so much, but would you please include at the end of your articles who we best can write to, to complain about these horrifying situations, crimes, etc.? While researching your stories, you probably develop some idea of who would be best for us to contact. It would make it far more likely your readers would take appropriate action if we were given one or more names and addresses to fire off letters to, whether to authorities, or local/regional newspapers.

Gen-crits need to stop getting upset and complaining, and organize targeted, coordinated written responses, the same as bio-phobes (sex-deniers) do.

When bio-phobes feel even the tiniest bit slighted, they coordinate hundreds of their ilk to write angry letters to targeted officials, politicians, or newspapers. We need to do the same. Your stories are the ideal place for us to see the problems and take action. Would you please add this info to your stories--the names, addresses, and phone numbers of who we can best complain to? So we can immediately, and mostnwuicjly and easily fire off emails, snail mails, and phone calls after we're infuriated by your stories?

I believe the trans cult attack on women was started as a cousin to Islam's Sharia law. The misogynists in the west, both male and female, were jealous of how Sharia law grinds women down, and they had to come up with an ideology that they could spread like a plague throughout society to vaporize our constitutional rights and protections. Counting down to the inauguration. For all that have enabled this misery and/or climbed on the bandwagon, may they rot.

Fuck yes, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who sees this. They're both male supremacy movements and we've got a huge fucking fight on our hands...but we never lose.

Genevieve,

Have you looked into who in the incoming Trump administration would hold sway over this specific issue (men being transferred into women's prisons)?

I doubt it would be Kash, but maybe Pam Bondi in the role of AG?

This will probably be the best and only time, we will have an Executive Administration in the States, that would turn this BS on it's head. And as we have seen, pre inauguration, as Trump goes, so goes the Western world. If this were shut down by his administration, the effects would ripple out across the globe and save many women from being assaulted by these scumbag perverts.

I'm sure there are others out there, but the work Reddux have done is comprehensive, concise and well vetted. It would be exactly what is needed, for the administration to take up the fight.

If I can figure out an in road for this, I'll pass it on. But I would think you have many LE's in your network that could get you an audience with someone in the coming admin or their team.

This is an opportunity to stop this, at a federal level at least.

Great work as always!!

These women need to start suing for cruel and unusual punishment. Being housed with men, being forced to shower with men, being forced to share rooms and space with men is a form cruel and unusual punishment. They are trapped in prison already, they cannot choose to move away or live separately from the inmates. This is a disgusting abuse of their rights as women. This has to stop. I hope it is a priority for Trump.

Pardon my language, but FFS…😡😡😡😡😡😡

AND to add salt to the wound, that wife beating drunk man - Lusk - gets nearly 1/2 a million payout… Am tearing my hair out…😤😤😤 😤😤😤😤😤

[One valid reason for the orange bully’s second term is becoming more and more apparent… The Democratic VP candidate seemed like a ‘man of the people’ on first viewing, but it appears he is a man of the ‘men in dresses & their ilk’ and to hell with (often vulnerable) women TRAPPED in prison with these violent, predator scammers.]

The housing of self-identified transgender individuals in prisons has sparked significant debate, with differing views among advocates and critics. Proponents argue that placing transgender inmates in facilities that correspond with their gender identity is a matter of human rights and dignity. They emphasize that this practice may enhance safety for these individuals, particularly trans women, who often face high rates of violence and harassment in environments that do not align with their identities. Additionally, international bodies like the United Nations advocate for such accommodations, highlighting the need for protection of transgender prisoners. In some regions, anti-discrimination laws also support equal treatment in prison housing decisions.

On the other hand, critics raise concerns about the safety of other inmates, suggesting that housing transgender individuals—especially those who haven’t undergone medical or surgical transition—among the opposite biological sex could pose risks. There are also worries about potential exploitation of the policy, wherein individuals might falsely claim a transgender identity for personal gain. Furthermore, critics note the complexity of meeting the diverse needs of inmates, which complicates the task of ensuring safety for all.

Policies on this issue vary widely, with some jurisdictions making decisions on a case-by-case basis, considering aspects like medical transition status and specific safety concerns, while others may create separate wings or facilities for transgender individuals to address both their security and that of other inmates. This ongoing debate reflects the broader societal challenge of balancing rights, safety, and practical considerations in a complex environment.

Female-only spaces are for the protection of women from men, not for the protection of men. It's up to the authorities to figure out somewhere else to protect these men. There is no excuse for compromising women's safety.

Woman is an objective observation. Trans is a subjective quasi-religion. We protect women's reals before men's feels. They can stay with the other men and get treated like they would any Islamist or fundamentalist Christian does in prison.
