Desperate situation for Dora and biological realists in France. But I had a laugh at the poor sensitive males ( trans activists, lawyers, judges?) who can’t cope with the word penis. Male attribute- what dogs breakfast of a euphemism.

This has NEVER BEEN a grass roots movement - it has always been implemented from the top down by Western oligarchy. "Divide & conquer" at its most basic and ugly level. If 'the law' has become immoral and untenable in a humane society what recourse is left but mass civil disobedience?
The double standard is insane as Troons routine refer to people with a cervix. In fact, one can say she was using Troon language by referring to people with penises.
As a male I only find one of those two above to be attractive.
A few billion years of evolution has given me that ability to discern. So as I don’t waste my time I guess. I assume that he operates on the same basis and wants access that he otherwise could not have. Because he’s certainly not going to appeal to me and I guess that he does not want to either.
We need to be writing letters in solidarity with these 2 women. The whole western world is going this way. Including the US and more so when Trump is out of office.

Anyone, what French publications and courts can we write to, to protest this? And their addresses? Anyone willing to research these and post them here? We need to be sending at least a simple letter if "I stand with Dora Moutot. From California (or wherever you live.)" (Did i get her name right?)
How about t-shirts that say that, including her co-author's name?

Clearly, these two intelligent, brave women need support from gender-critical feminists outside of France, to speak up for them and show our agreement and solidarity. Since it is so dangerous for French women and free speech advocates to do so. There should be international outcry.
In general, gender-critical feminists need to be organizing massive letter writing campaigns, which is what TRAs have been doing for decades, to change public policies.

I think we need to spend more of our time writing letters and less time chatting and expressing outrage amongst ourselves in our echo chambers, but not reaching the public and officials who need to hear what we're thinking and only saying privately.

For starters: as a male human, I too am always wary of penised people ~ something I learned early on (perhaps in the womb?), and six-plus decades of being alive has confirmed this over and over, to wit: far more of the penile crowd are both dangerous and violent, as opposed to those who, for vernacular comparison purposes, we’ll call the uterine crowd.
But as a human Earthling, period, I’ve learned that whenever members of our species choose to restrict and/or forbid our speech, to the point of being punitive in some way: they are choosing to take a machete to humans being human, by carving out a new path towards totalitarianism.
Freedom of Speech ~
to say words out loud, be it as pure speechifying ~ a monologue if you will ~
or when we engage in conversation, dialogue, or debate, or other ways of playing with words ~ what some of us call using “The Trick” ~ Language / Human Language ~
our means to describe what we experience, as well as to imagine the unimaginable, the unreal and fantastical, and even at times what goes on in our hallucinatory states of mind, where we can say things about lived reality that thankfully do NOT have the capacity to do what atomic bombs do to whole atoms ~ because we’re merely talking ~
for that is how we prevent violence as well as threats of violence ~ by continuing to TALK ~ and gesture, roll our eyes, listen up, twiddle our fingers, take a note, as we wait for our turn to speak again.
That is what Freedom of Speech is all about.
As opposed to what these total f’n morons in a court of law just did in the nation-state of France (incidentally, that’s nothing new to folks like meself...ya see, been a lawyer for 35 years, and as such, I’d swear under oath that stupidity and madness can authoritatively flow off the bench as freely and easily as it comes innocently and innocuously from our clients mouths and our own).
I do hope an appellate court will have the sense to overturn this nonsense. It is not just madness that this court could read the words spoken by this thoughtful woman as anything other than her statement of how she sees reality, it is much worse than that: For this court to claim they not only can but have determined her real intent, is straight out of the totalitarian playbook, in that this type of decision declares that not only does their authority allow them the right to fantasize her motives for using speech, but it also grants them the right to punish her forthwith!
Well, at least they didn’t do what I suspect they were really thinking, and yell at her from the bench: “Burn Witch!”
Shame on everyone in every bloody nation-state who have turned our human empathy for the sad and happy men who desperately want to be women (but can never be one, sorry fellas, nature bats last!), into a way to pave brand new paths towards totalitarian states.
