This never happens again and again

exactly! when are we going to see accountability from the people in charge??

Would a woman, a real woman, brutally assault another woman in the same manner? I think not.

Throw him in a men’s prison where he belongs. He is nothing but a viscous nasty entitled man..

Joanna's avatar

And I have never heard of a case of a woman abducting someone to turn her or him into a "sex slave". This is so clearly a male fantasy.

Kat Highsmith's avatar

These are not our crimes.

These are male crimes.

Gabrielle Cottingham's avatar

I very much agree! Also, reporting men pretending to be women as women when they commit crimes is going to eventually skew crime statistics and make it harder for people to assess risks and profile potential criminals. Men are men, and the vast majority of people who perpetrate these sorts of crimes. It’s important that people, especially vulnerable young women, know this.

Women taking the rap for this kind of obscene violent crime against women is just a f@cking farce. So offensive. It makes me seethe! I am so over womanface. Bastard.

Lisa Simeone's avatar

As usual, the media are complicit in promoting this bonkers ideology.

Nicki M.'s avatar

The media need to at least be reporting him as a 'trans identified male'.

Women need to be putting these men's public images and their crimes against women on placards, at rallies and other forums, to show those that argue against women's exclusive spaces and present all these men as victims (particularly and betrayingingly 'women' allies) that there are trans identified men that have violated women and absolutely present a severe and justified risk to ALL women.

He is an illustrative example of his community and a danger to all other communities. Why do people refuse to accept that the sexualisation of breaking social boundaries is an anti-social act? This is what troon means!!! This is what trans is: an antisocial, antireality movement that seeks to enact hatred and dehumanisation of women and everything associated with the notion of woman! It's vile and obscene!!! All those calling a man "she" are complicit in destroying women's human status and erasing women from law and reality!!!

The newspapers are HIDING important information from the readers, unless they are actually unaware. Could they be that careless?

Holly's avatar

Is it carelessness or cowardice?

And in Colorado now, parents will lose their child if they refuse to "affirm" an opposite sex "identity." Remember, dudes like this violent offender often volunteer at the TQIAA+ center with vulnerable youth, having no screening of the backgrounds.

Hi, Ute. I read your stack, thanks for posting. I'm a Dad in Colorado currently renegotiating custody so I have been following HB25-1312 closely. It did pass but was heavily amended. I believe the part that would compel a court to consider misgendering to be a form of abuse through coercive control was removed.

Also, we really need to stop calling men, trans 'women'. They are effeminate and feminised men. Language enables and embeds the notion of them being women, especially in their minds, when they are in fact men. It's quite lazy for any gender critical to still be utilising 'trans woman' as a general descriptor for trans identified men(TIM). Calling men 'women' undermines our status and the battle we are curently fighting to be solely recognised as women and for women's rights generally.

One swift, hard upward movement of your knee into a certain spot on these monsters should reset them back to reality.

I sincerely hope this is a wake up call to all those women on the Rocky Mountain Thunderkatz team. Their suicidal empathy allowed a male to fulfill his fantasy of attacking women. All while being cheered on by said women.

Peter's avatar

I think there is more to this. The "victim " was carrying a concealed handgun . How many young women do that???? For what reason was she habitually carrying a gun.

BeadleBlog's avatar

Many young women today carry a firearm. There’s nothing suspicious about taking responsibility for one’s own personal safety. This reminds me of being in the elementary school auditorium to listen to law enforcement speaking to us about safety (1969). They separated us on two sides by sex and proceeded to turn to the girls and tell us to just comply if anyone tried to grab us or we could get hurt worse fighting back. Then they turned to the boys and told them to kick, punch and scream like heck if they were grabbed.

Joanna's avatar

Why did you use quotation marks (the 'victim')? You should read this: "He is being held on a $250,000 bond due to what Judge Cynthia McKedy described as “extremely aggravated” accusations" and "the victim had sustained multiple serious injuries, including “severe” bruising to her face. She was also riddled with puncture and bite marks, and was taken to a hospital for treatment, where a doctor determined she was at “a substantial risk of serious permanent disfigurement."

Maybe because after having been in a relationship and live-in situation with this unbalanced, violent individual for several years she knew what a danger he posed to her. She was being prepared for what she was likely to eventually encounter.

If it describes the person accurately, then it's a valid part of the conversation. Unlike resorting to name calling simply born out of malice and rooted in age old misogyny.

Nicki M.'s avatar

'to the shrill & hysterical ladies who took the time to take their suppressed rage out on me.'

When, ever so slightly, challenged by a female viewpoint, the age old gas-lighting and smear tactics that form part of misogyny against women eg labelling us as 'shrill', 'hysterical' and 'rageful', all come out. Lol...😂 It's quite hilarious because it doesn't take much for misogyny to get all bent up out of shape in a mere conversation with a woman.

As the saying goes, 'If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen'.

And you are not a victim.

Peter's avatar

Is calling another person a " sick bastard " having a conversation?

Just wondering.

Dee's avatar

Are you implying that there’s a situation in which a person who was held hostage for 3 days, stabbed, bitten, beaten, and sexually assaulted is not actually a victim? Because she carried a gun?

coffeebits's avatar

Would you think the same if the victim was a young man? If not, why do you think it is only acceptable for men to carry a means of self-defense?

Just Some Guy's avatar

Trans women are men, no matter how many actual women they harm.

Progressives are not sane. There is no way to allow for rational examination if you refuse to agree to scientific analysis of anything.
