I am so sick of this shit.

Everyone who supports this "trans" mania is complicit. If you support "trans" ideology, you're complicit. You're guilty. You're a sociopath.

I am way past “let’s find a middle ground and accommodate everyone” and over at “a lot of fuckers need to go to prison for what they have done in the service of this cult”

As long as Pritzker is governor, Illinois will be under this spell. Illinois has no term limits for governors, so as a Dear Leader with infinite wealth, the end for him is retiring. After that, it takes more time to unpick the legislation that makes this legal in IL. California is in a similar mess.

And people are proposing Pritzker as a Democratic candidate for president in 2028. Over my dead body!

I read that Gov Pritzker, whose cousin is a male transitioner, has funded "gender clinics". Have others substantiated this?

Trans Rights = shadow misogyny, the pinnacle of Patriarchy; “I can do anything and be anything - I can be a woman and I can make you accept that, change your language, put you in jail, contort society and reality and you must obey. I can destroy women’s sporting achievements and laugh at great athletes who dedicated their life to their sport and I can make you smile and accept it. I can watch girls and young women undress and make them watch me undress, I can destroy their sense of safety, make them feel even more wary and scared of men in ALL spaces and places and then I can make you lose your job, your income, your security and put terrible stress in to your life if you don’t support us”. There needs to be serious push-back against this agenda, if the Trans community had advocated for “3rd Spaces” and categories I would have more sympathy but they want to control all female spaces, activities and sectors. I’m a big fan of women; one of them brought me into this world and raised me. Even if you agree and think they are women; a female consciousness and utterly feminine within a biological male shell they still don’t have ANY right to make life harder for any women anywhere at anytime - they don’t, full stop. Making life more stressful and anxiety-filled for woman everywhere to accommodate a microscopic percentage of men is misogyny. Anyone who denies there are very real (and well-documented) dangers to this is also a misogynist.

Thank you! I hope more men see this. As a very tall biological woman, I've seen women flinch in fear when I enter locker rooms, then gasp in relief when they realize from my voice, gait, or appearance that I'm truly female. They blurt out "Oh thank God, for a second there I thought you were a man!" The difference between me and some of the MTF transitioners I've seen is that they get angry when women get scared. I get sympathetic, because I'm a woman, too.

You raise an important point, if "trans-women are real woman" (I've seen this a thousand times) then where is the empathy ? You have perfectly summarised the feelings of my Mother, my Aunties, my sister and my four nieces, their feelings move from anxious to afraid about intact biological males in changing rooms and bathrooms. I've never spoken to a woman who is "fine" with this, not once. A real woman as you say would understand the concern but sectors of the trans movements are fighting tooth and nail for this - why ? They have other reasons. At the very least you can state as a fact that they are well aware of the concerns and don't care and so it is fair to say they are inconsiderate, selfish and uncaring; "I want this, I don't care what you and the vast vast majority want", it's an aspect of a sociopathic mindset; "there is only me, I'm all that matters". At a fundamental level this is perverse, the nobility of humanity is altruism, compassion, generosity, kindness and empathy - this form of extreme selfishness is the exact opposite. It's a disgrace that women are being FORCED to deal with this, they have enough to deal with in public places without the invasion of single-sex places. There are very dark and dangerous aspects to this and denying that is further insult to woman.

This makes me physically ill. As a survivor of CSA, I got nauseated reading this. I am starting to think the majority of men are unable and unwilling to feel empathy or sympathy for women and girls. We just don’t matter.

Dinghy Northerly's avatar

You got it. They feel nothing. They care more about the thrill they feel wearing their camisoles and little chokers and dyed hair out to coffee, or supporting their friends who are into that. That is what they think being a woman is: feeling cute and soft and vulnerable on display. They are quite unable to acknowledge sexual predators. I don't recommend reading Reddit, but it's a good sample of what this type of man believes. They will spend all day parroting tiktok absurdities about body parts and stereotypes telling themselves they're fighting the good fight. It's all completely smooth-brained.

Neither surgery nor hormones make a male into a female, nor is there any evidence that either or both reduces proclivity to offend violently and/or sexually.

Women aren’t shields, and a history of CSA is not an excuse for being an abuser oneself — in fact, it ought to drive empathy for victims, not a desire to create others.

Kathleen Lowrey's avatar

Men who sexually abuse children lie about their own abuse histories all the time. They know it is the ONLY hope they have of winning sympathy from anyone, but it is actually another way they are abusive: this makes people look at boy victims askance (“ he is going to hurt others when he grows up”) and also makes victims think of themselves as tainted, more likely to be abusers one day, etc

We have no idea what the real stats are because men arrested for abusing children almost always claim this.

Sadly, yes on all counts.

Was my abusive father abused? I’d guess yes: my grandfather was a nasty piece of “good Catholic” alcoholic Irishman work.

Does that justify the harm my father did to us? Hell no, that was him looking for any excuse to minimize his sentences. One year less a day was a slap on the wrist for what my sister has had to carry for 45 years and counting, and for the burdens I’ve carried until recently.

Is the most parasitic thing I’ve ever seen in my life. And Democrats and progressives need to be held accountable. Putting the most vulnerable women in more harm because of men. This is absolutely repugnant.
