I continue to be amazed that Ray Blanchard is taken seriously by anyone. My theory of his "trans theories" is that he and his cohort, Zucker, Bailey and Cantor, believed that crossdressing male child sexual molesters in prisons in Canada, where at least Blanchard and Bailey worked as counselors, would leave off the sexual assaults if they "transitioned." They promoted this with a pretend "protocol" of 2 years full time crossdressing (How does that go in the shower again, where your physical self is who you are?) before getting the letters to take to the surgeons for their "transformation." In the same vein, they were treating the wives of their patients with disdain. Blanchard, in his interview on The Mess We're In with Graham Linehan, said, "Oh, the wives don't like it." Oh, Dr. Blanchard, the women and children don't like it. We don't like the pornography you think is benign, we don't like the violence they commit against women and children, and we don't like males usurping our words, our spaces and our female vitality.
