Christina Ellingsen, Norwegian Feminist Defending Women's Rights
Christina Ellingsen, a representative of feminist organization Women’s Declaration International (WDI) is being investigated under hate crime charges for tweets she made between February 2021 and January 2022.
The tweets in question were replies directed at Christine Marie Jentoft, a representative of trans activist group Foreningen FRI. Jentoft is a male who identifies as a lesbian woman.
Christina’s charges are centered around her questioning why FRI promoted the belief that men could be lesbians. While police are still investigating, if she is found guilty, Ellingsen could face a prison sentence of up to three years.
Norway introduced “gender identity” into the hate crime paragraphs in January 2021. At the time, Christina warned that the introduction of the concept into law would result in persecution of women for stating biological facts.
Christina and I discuss the charges against her, the misogyny of gender identity ideology, and the obvious fetishistic aspect to the male claim to a female identity. Christina has been the target of much abuse for vocally defending the definition of ‘woman’, ‘mother’, and ‘lesbian’.
Recently, a trans-identifying man with a stated interest in BDSM and pornography redesigned a video game to center on slaughtering women derided as “TERFs”. Sandra Moen chose to use the WDI logo in his portrayal of feminists as Nazis — a clear reference to Christina herself.
During a podcast interview with Trans Norge in March, Moen credited pornography with his decision to begin identifying as a woman full-time. Previously, Moen had considered himself a transvestic fetishist, sometimes also referred to as a cross-dresser.
“I began to understand that I was trans when I came across pornography featuring trans women,” Moen said. “I have never made the connection that ‘penis’ means ‘man.’ [The male porn actors] were women, but they had a penis.”
Moen was the first man in Norway to take a woman to court over “gender identity” after she had complained about his presence in the women’s showers of a sports center.
We also discussed a trans-identifying gender clinician who is notorious in Norway for providing hormones and puberty blockers to minors. Dr. Esben Esther Pirelli was criticized last year for requiring students at the University of Agder to attend a BDSM fetish club.
Benestad has also been investigated twice by medical authorities for ignoring medical protocols, particularly in regards to surgeries and hormones for under-18s. Benestad is currently facing another possible investigation — the motivation for which remains unclear.
However, earlier this year it was revealed that Benestad had been providing puberty-blocking drugs and hormones to a teenager under the age of 16 who committed suicide shortly after their treatment was taken over by National Treatment Service for Gender Incongruence (NBTK) at Rikshospitalet.

Thanks for the interesting collection of reports, depressing as usual, of course. Particularly more stuff about how coopted the police have become into doing the work of these hateful bigots. And the lies too! Like the guy who claims not to have associated penises with men, he is a bare face bullshitter with a porn addled, misigynists brain.
And these are the ones seen as vulnerable and 'the most marginalised' group? The ones who have police, politicians, multiple institutions and organisations in their pockets. Women, and men who don't hate women are going to have to abandon their fears and confront this oppressive, malevolent force and the bastards controlling it head on, and keep doing it. The tyrants can't harass, arrest and prosecute everyone. Just as they can't threaten and push everyone out of their jobs and professions. This monster feeds on fear, let's starve it.

Ellingsen is frankly a heroine for standing up to this madness. Norway looks like it's the future for countries like Germany (as I lay out here: https://twoplustwo.substack.com/p/i-identify-therefore-i-am-the-illusion), where Self ID and changes to the law are just getting traction. Like in Scotland where the new Self ID law is very likely to be passed. How to stop this?!
