I completely agree. It's absolutely insane to regard the" hurt feelings" of trans identified MEN as more important than the serious injuries inflicted on WOMEN who are forced to play against them !! It's abhorrent and total shame on all those who support this misogynistic abuse The "Law" is an ass indeed.

Isn't is strange how these dudes in dresses never attempt to horn their way into sports where women are better than men? Let's see some troon hit up the uneven bars.

This shit is absolutely in raging. This is nothing but misogynistic abuse by deranged vile entitled men. I only have hatred towards that entire horrendous, insufferable movement based on a lie, which is trans. It needs to be abolished. Australia is an absolute failure.

We've gone back to the middle ages where women can be accused of witchcraft. She has cast her evil eye on him and caused him hurt feelings, water was forced from his eyes, and likely his cow is now giving sour milk. She will have to prove to the tribunal that she is not indeed a witch or she shall be publicly punished for her heresy. .

This is so infuriating I barely have words.

All you "trans allies" out there -- you're criminals. You're fucking criminals. You not only approve of but cheer on the harm to girls and women wrought by this batshit-insane ideology, and to top it off, you act like that's some mark of virtue!

I hope every one of you who supports this shitshow suffers personally. You need to touch the proverbial hot stove and get burned.

Thank you for safeguarding women’s rights against this madness. The fact that women can’t defend ourselves against these malicious and deluded individuals sets women’s rights back decades.

Well, I'm gonna call those 2 dudes, Justin "Riley" Dennis, and Nicholas "Stephanie" Blanch exactly what they have been since their conception, - MALES, MEN.... That's my opinion, and I have every Constitutionally protected right to THINK and SAY that....

God bless President Trump for something, anyway....

Thats the problem here in australia. We don’t have the right to free speech. We are living in a country full of followers and fearful people who don’t have courage and don’t want to appear “mean” to poor little men. Forget the 51% of the population who have the children, care for others, earn a living, keep our society moving forward, and have to tolerate batshit behaviour denying our right to be a human. Fuck Australia and the fucking boat you came in on. And my name is Jane you gutless, spineless, ignorant fools in Canberra including “don’t lecture me on misogyny” Julia Gillard. I have had a gutfull

You and me both.

This is so shamefully regressive, not to mention anti-science and Enlightenment. The New Dark Ages has descended upon most of the Anglophone world. Also, I don't know if anyone else was able to vote for a dissenting voice in the most recent Federal election, but I certainly wasn't able to! What truly frightening times we live in when the leader of the Opposition threw away who knows how many thousands of potential votes because he feels that women's rights are merely a "Culture War issue unworthy of (my) time"... 🤬

So speaking the truth, and stating the fact that yes, you are a male you are not a woman no matter how you dress they wanna put her in jail and somehow that’s harmful to these two males that somehow think they’re women and what reality do these people live? It’s just crazy.

Worse - they LIKE it. The courts are run by frat boys, who we know hate women even *more* than the average dude does. Women's suffering is their joy and success.

IMO what the courts like is proceduralism and other legal idolatries, which is why and how they disconnect from real life.

Yep, those are the methods they use to hurt the middle and lower classes, and especially to hurt women and laugh about it ..super especially when the woman in question is young, beautiful, intelligent, confident, and self-possessed. Their envy ignites and it's all they can do to not tear her apart right there at the bar. Poor tiny lil peepees.

The woman-hating gender cult that has gripped the Australian courts, and virtually every other institution in the world, is terrifying. I’m convinced that the vast majority of people around the world absolutely reject it, if only because it flies directly in the face of facts, but that doesn’t seem to matter. The cult continues to hold power, and I find this utterly baffling. The global suppression of obvious truths directly accessible to everyone is a wake-up call. Without any commitment to truth, we are left with “might makes right” and this power grab has women in its sights.

Without the renewed and zealous oppression of the human rights of women (and to a lesser extent children) the Fourth Industrial Revolution will be much more difficult to implement successfully.

I’m pretty sure the tide is turning on all of that, which is a good thing. I have to deal with it only because my son suffers from that delusion. Unfortunately, the professionals that should be helping deal with this delusion have been co-opted by the liberals and so few therapists have the guts to deal with reality

We don’t arrest or jail people for misgendering them. Our constitution guarantees free speech which is where other countries fall short

John, that’s true. But people in the US have lost their jobs and reputations for “misgendering.” In some states parents can now lose their children for “misgendering,” which is so batshit-insane it’s hard to believe. If you put it in a novel no one would believe it. But it’s true.

I literally cannot read this stuff anymore-it is like a different reality that I just don’t understand and it is so upsetting! Why is this happening- seriously- why??

Expand full comment
Andrea's avatar

I’m sorry but did I read right? This has no logic. The association policy prohibits the discrimination based on sex AND the fact that you referred to them as men and male, namely by their sex, was the reason they condemned you? Is there a prohibition in law to state the sex of somebody and if so how do they enforce this without acknowledging that there is such thing? At the same time, a transwoman can’t be seen as excluded on the basis of gender identity but on basis of sex. How can you be condemned on the same basis that they are protected? I mean, either you ignore sex totally and then they might be excluded on the basis of their violence potential, that there is a large record of, or you are deemed not guilty of acknowledging sex reality. Otherwise there’s just no logic.

Expand full comment
Lisa Simeone's avatar

There's no logic to any of it because it's gaslighting on a grand scale.

Transworld is a delusion. A delusion that is being propped up and paraded around by our society's sick "authorities" in all walks of life.

I hope every "trans ally" out there suffers and suffers badly for this grotesque pantomime. Such people need to touch the proverbial hot stove and get burned.

Expand full comment
Andrea's avatar

Yes it’s a delusion. And the preachers are evil for doing it. But having gender dysphoria is a hard and difficult thing and deserves compassion. Only, telling people with GD that they are right to believe they are in “the wrong body” isn’t true compassion.

Expand full comment
Lisa Simeone's avatar

Exactly what thousands of us have been saying for years. These people need mental health help, not chemical and/or surgical alteration.

Expand full comment
Andrea's avatar

You might hate me for saying this, but I do believe some people with gender dysphoria aren’t helped only by psychological support. I’m not saying there is true trans or that there isn’t, but that there are some types of personalities that won’t be helped by mental health care.

Expand full comment
Lisa Simeone's avatar

One could say the same thing for any number of people with all kinds of mental problems. One could say the same for physical problems -- not everyone wit cancer will be helped by chemo or radiation. Not everyone with high blood pressure will be helped by statins. Not everyone with diabetes will be helped by sulfonylurea drugs. Not everyone with whatever condition will be helped by whatever modern medicine has to offer. That's life.

Expand full comment
Andrea's avatar

Yes, only no one puts those patients in an association like WPATH to influence how we think about those treatments. And in all those treatments it’s more difficult to set aside the ones who won’t be helped than it is with psychological help. Both facts being why this should’ve never have been let to happen but also the main reasons to why it happened in this time when those personality traits are hailed.
