Recently I spoke with the women at the American Conversation podcast. We discussed the investigation into the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and their association with a forum that produces child sexual abuse and castration fetish content.
We also discussed how sadomasochism figures into gender identity ideology and speculated on why it is that the drugs given to children as “puberty blockers” were initially, and still are, given to convicted pedophiles to chemically castrate them.

porn addicted fetishists must inform the plastic surgeons who pay the bills at wpath becuase the fetishists have the knowledge about the pathways people take to get to the surgeons office. fetistists are part of their sales and marketing dept. but wpath doesnt show how gender care helps. and they omit other ways to address dysphoria that help more than gender care. wpath foot notes that claim gender care helps are nothing more than questionnaires given to ppl while their still in post care (a form of blackmail) and the same fraudulent data pushed around by activists with meaningless online polls and low quality short term studys that misrepresent their findings. online porn is what some men are using as self medication to address a host of normal psych issues that ppl hv always had but without the internet kept it to themselves. online porn produces a hormone similar to an opiate. but after a time the same porn images produce less and less of this hormone so men seek different ways to increase access to porn inducing chemicals. this cycle of porn highs and lows accompanies increasing physical impotence due to constant masterbation and feelings of guilt and social phobia due to the lack of testosterone caused by chronic masterbation. some become addicted to the powerful fantasies provided by porn. others are chronically chasing a porn fueled high that cycles into a porn low, similar to a cocaine use cycle where the withdrawal is really awful feeling. whereas the cocain user has to stop using the drug sometime dur to financial reasons and the need to address lifes issues, the porn user never has to stop - porn is free. none of this helps anyone long term. practicers of this end up being miserable and that misery leads to more use of online porn. there are some who use porn lightly like having a tiny amount of opium in their coffee. these writings are just another type of porn. but mostly the effects are like drug use or alcohol use. the problem remains there is no evidence any of this enabling gender care helps anything. anyone who participates in gender care needs would be better helped by phych care
