Entrepreneur and founder of a women’s-only application has been ordered to pay $20,000, with an additional maximum of $100,000 in court fees, to a trans-identified male after he was denied access to the platform. CEO of Giggle for Girls Proprietary Limited, Sall Grover, was also found to have “discriminated” against Jason “Roxy” Tickle by recognizing him as a male in a selfie he submitted for on-boarding.

The ruling comes after more than four years of litigation, with Tickle having first filed a discrimination complaint through the Australian Human Rights Commission in December of 2021. The latest and final ruling, handed down in the Federal Court on Friday afternoon, was a response to an appeal lodged by Tickle in August 2024 to a decision made by Justice Bromwich stating that Grover was guilty of “indirect discrimination.” At the time, Grover was ordered to pay $10,000 in compensation to Tickle and to pay his court costs up to $50,000. Dissatisfied with the outcome, Tickle further pursued litigation seeking a verdict of direct discrimination.

In a shocking new development, Justice Melissa Perry sided with Tickle, doubled the compensation payout from $10,000 to $20,000, found Grover guilty of direct discrimination, and ordered her to pay court costs for Tickle up to $100,000. In her decision, Justice Perry cited the Sex Discrimination Act of 1984, which was significantly amended in 2013 to include explicit protections for “gender identity.”

Under Section 4(1), “gender identity” is defined as: “…the gender-related identity, appearance or mannerisms or other gender-related characteristics of a person (whether by way of medical intervention or not), with or without regard to the person’s designated sex at birth.”

Section 5B defines what constitutes discrimination in a legal situation and is divided into two categories: direct discrimination, and indirect discrimination. Direct discrimination “occurs when someone is treated less favorably than a person of a different gender identity would be treated in the same or similar circumstances.” It can be inferred from this definition that the law is suggesting that all individuals possess a “gender identity.”

Indirect discrimination is said to occur “when a condition or requirement is imposed that is the same for everyone but has the effect of disadvantaging people of a particular gender identity, and that condition is not “reasonable” under the circumstances.”

The final ruling stated that Grover had “engaged in unlawful direct discrimination” against trans-identified male Tickle by “excluding Ms Tickle from access to the Giggle App on the basis of her gender-related appearance,” “refusing to restore Ms Tickle’s access to the Giggle App on the basis of her gender-related appearance,” and “thereby treating Ms Tickle, who is a transgender woman, less favourably than a person designated female at birth seeking access to the Giggle App.”

The May 15 ruling states that Grover discriminated against Tickle because she recognized him to be male, and in a bizarre reasoning, argues that he qualifies as a woman despite having male features.

“It is apparent that Ms Grover made her decisions in relation to Ms Tickle solely on the basis of viewing the latter’s onboarding selfie and her conviction that that photograph showed a male person… Ms Tickle’s selfie was in evidence and we were taken to it in the course of argument in the appeal. Although the photograph presents Ms Tickle as a woman (eg hair, clothing), there are features of her appearance that may be considered discordant with that presentation. Ms Tickle’s appearance, it may safely be concluded, was the reason why Ms Grover concluded that she was not entitled to remain as a user of the Giggle App; and that appearance had elements (“characteristics”) that generally appertain to, or at least are imputed to, transgender women – namely, for want of a better expression, male facial features.”

Somewhat confusingly, the ruling also acknowledged that “gender identity” is a “multifarious and cryptic” attribute. It also explicitly details how amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (SDA) were designed to remove sex-specific protections, stating: “to the extent that the SDA had previously embodied a concept of sex as involving binary categories fixed at birth, part of the intention of the 2013 amendments was to ensure that the Act would no longer embody or give effect to such a concept… to the extent that the term ‘woman’ appears in the SDA or the concept of womanhood is important to its operation, it is not to be understood by reference to any narrow or rigid conception of femaleness.”

Immediately following the decision, Grover said from her X account: “I am absolutely devastated. Men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women in Australia. It is women who are being discriminated against, not the men who claim to be us. But in a sense, nothing has changed: we will all wake up tomorrow and men will still not be women.”

Grover has signaled her intention to appeal the recent decision in Australia’s High Court.

Tickle, a man who claims to be both intersex and transgender, claimed he attempted to join the female-only app in February 2021 but found that his membership was revoked in September that year. The Giggle app utilizes a screening process which uses AI to determine the sex of an applicant based on a selfie. Tickle was initially granted access to the female-only digital community by the AI.

During an interview with The Australian in April 2022, Grover explained that she took it upon herself to remove Tickle after seeing his photo and identifying him as male. “The person was removed from the Giggle app because they are male, no other reason. The removal was manual. I looked at the onboarding selfie and saw a man. The AI software had let them through, thereby making a mistake that I rectified.” Lawyers defending Grover said that she had been unaware that Tickle identified as transgender during the screening process.

Tickle was therefore was booted from the community, and then made several attempts to contact Grover to complain. He sent Grover multiple emails and called her at her home in October 2021.

In January 2022, Grover received a legal complaint from the Australian Human Rights Commission which targeted herself and her company with accusations of discrimination.

“I believe that I am being discriminated against by being provided with extremely limited functionality of a smartphone app by the app provider compared to that of other users because I am a transgender woman,” Tickle wrote in the complaint. “I am legally permitted to identify as female… I believe that Giggle and Sall Grover have decided in error that I am male.”

Tickle bizarrely went on to compare Grover to a white supremacist group, saying, “I have been unable to locate a Facebook page or website for the Ku Klux Klan in Australia. Yet groups that favor discrimination against people based on their gender identity appear to have no need to hide their face.” He then went on to list several Australian women’s rights groups which are critical of males being permitted to identify as female, and referred to this position as “bigotry”.

Tickle had, in his first complaint, sought damages from Grover of up to $200,000, alleging that her “persistent misgendering”, or referring to him as male, had prompted “constant anxiety and occasional suicidal thoughts”. He also requested that Grover be made to “seek out education” regarding the concept of gender identity.

In July of 2022, Tickle, being unable to bear the costs of pursuing the matter further, filed a Notice of Discontinuance with the court, and the complaint was dropped. But five months later, Tickle filed another complaint, having received a $50,000 grant from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney, and assistance from Barry Nilsson lawyers, who run a multimillion-dollar pro bono program.

In contrast, Grover was left with no other option than to crowdfund an incredible $500,000 in order to defend herself against the discrimination claim.

In August 2024, the Federal Court of Australia found Grover had “indirectly discriminated” against Tickle. While reading out the verdict and reasons for his decision at the Federal Court of Australia, Justice Bromwich referred to Tickle with feminine pronouns, and made the bizarre claim that “sex is changeable.”

“Roxanne Tickle is a transgender woman whose female sex is recognized by an official updated Queensland birth certificate… I have found that Ms. Tickle’s claim of direct gender identity discrimination fails but that her claim of indirect gender identity discrimination succeeds.”

The argument made by Grover’s legal team was that Tickle was discriminated against on the basis of his sex, which is not prohibited, rather than on the basis of gender identity, as he claims. Justice Bromwich’s verdict stated that “these arguments failed” due to a “long history of cases decided by courts going back over thirty years” which he said established that, “in its ordinary meaning, sex is changeable.”

Justice Bromwich then ordered Grover to pay Tickle $10,000 compensation, in addition to court costs up to $50,000, within 60 days.

Justice Bromwich went on to say that “that indirect gender identity discrimination did take place” on the basis that “Tickle was excluded from the use of the Giggle app because she did not look sufficiently female according to the respondents.”

As previously reported by Reduxx, Tickle’s behavior has been called into question, with some critics suggesting that he has been behaving in an overtly sexual manner.

In addition to his attempts to access the female-only social networking app, Tickle has been playing field hockey on a women’s team. He has opposed proposed legislation which would have prohibited men from identifying into women’s sports, while boasting of using the women’s change rooms.

On his personal Instagram account, Tickle has also shared photos of his underwear, jokes about sex toys, and several cartoons drawn by Canadian transgender diaper fetishist Sophie Labelle. Recently, Tickle took to X to reveal that the youngest girl he competes with on the field hockey team is just 15 years old.

News of the recent ruling has prompted widespread criticism on X, the social media site primarily used by Grover, with an outpouring of support for her.

Senator Michaelia Cash, Leader of the Opposition in the Australian Senate, added her thoughts on the ruling by stating that “women and girls have a right to safe, private, and fair single-sex spaces.” Senator Cash played a central role in the evolution of the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (SDA), though her position has shifted over the years.

Initially, Cash was a vocal supporter of adding “gender identity” as a protected attribute. Her support was significant because it signaled bipartisan agreement on legally codified “gender identity” policies.

More recently, while acting as Attorney-General, Cash called for limitations on the enforcement of “gender identity” policies and became an advocate for establishing exemptions which intrude on the personal lives of individuals.

Similarly, Leah Blyth, Senator for South Australia and representing the Liberal Party shared her views on the ruling.

“The judges made clear that under Australia’s current laws, ‘gender identity’ is treated as legally equivalent to biological sex. That means Sall Grover lost this case. I believe the Court applied the law as it currently stands. Which means the law itself must change. Women and girls deserve clear, protected sex-based rights in law, including the right to single-sex spaces, services and protections based on biological reality.”

One particularly egregious result of the subjective sense of “gender identity” being codified into law is the transfer of violent male sex offenders into women’s prisons.

In March, Reduxx revealed that a transgender pedophile is attempting to sue the Australian state of Victoria over alleged “human rights violations” he has experienced while housed in a women’s prison. Autumn Tulip Harper, also known as Hilary Maloney, sentenced to just under 5 years in prison for the horrific sexual abuse of his own 5-year-old daughter.

Police determined that Harper had directly sexually abused the girl on at least 19 separate occasions in the course of just one month – yet despite this, Maloney was sent to a women’s prison, on the basis of claiming to identify as a woman, to serve his sentence.

A trans-identified male serving a 35-year sentence for charges including the brutal 2014 murder of his girlfriend has been relocated to a women’s prison and awarded a payout of $295,000. Zera Lola Zombie, born Daniel Lee Smith, was granted $95,000 with an additional $200,000 for attorney fees as a result of a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging the Oregon Department of Corrections had violated his rights by housing him in a men’s prison.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Zombie was granted the classification of a “vulnerable” inmate in 2023, having lodged a legal complaint two years prior. In their preliminary statement, attorneys for Zombie argued that the state of Oregon was “discriminating against Ms. Zombie on the basis of her gender and gender identity” by housing the killer in a men’s prison, and by failing to designate him as a “Vulnerable Adult-In-Custody” (AIC). Under Oregon law, inmates designated as AICs receive certain privileges, including protections from staff and other inmates, and certain housing benefits.

The suit also claimed that Zombie “is a female person who was previously regarded as being a male person.” Zombie’s attorneys argued that “Ms. Zombie has suffered ongoing harassment and verbal, mental, and psychological abuse by both prisoners and ODOC staff as a result of her sex, gender, and gender identity,” and specifically alleged instances of sexual and physical assault.

The complaint reported that Zombie, after being sent to the Oregon State Penitentiary, had been placed in a cell with Mikal Shabazz, an inmate serving a 40-year sentence for multiple violent crimes against women. Zombie alleged he made repeat complaints about Shabazz sexually harassing him, and claimed Shabazz had sexually assaulted him on multiple occasions over the course of a year.

After Shabazz was penalized by the institution as a result of Zombie’s complaints, he says other inmates begun harassing him for “snitching.”

Zombie argued that the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) had violated his rights by housing him in a men’s prison, and by placing him in a cell “with a known sexual predator” serving a sentence for “violence against women.” He also stated he was “deliberately and maliciously” misgendered by correctional officers during his time in a male prison.

Zombie’s lawyers filed a request for a jury trial on the matters outlined in the lawsuit, seeking an undisclosed sum to compensate him for his “pain and suffering … emotional distress … economic losses” and legal fees, as well as an award of “punitive damages.”

In a September 2023 ruling, Judge Ann Aiken found it “more likely than not that plaintiff has been repeatedly subjected to abuse, including sexual assault, by male inmates with whom she [sic] is housed” at both the Oregon State Penitentiary and at Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla.

The judge determined that Zombie had “repeatedly communicated her [sic] concerns about the likelihood of sexual assault and the actual occurrence of sexual assault to prison officials through appropriate channels.”

In an amended complaint filed in December 2023, Zombie makes bizarre allegations regarding an incident when he refused to be strip searched by male correctional officers. Upon his refusal and repeated requests to have a female officer conduct the strip search, Zombie says he was placed into segregation, where he urinated on himself and told an officer, “I have small breasts, I can’t bear the thought of showing these men my breasts and my booty.”

The complaint describes Zombie being taken to the strip search area “in only her bra and urine-saturated underwear… on full display,” and states that Zombie was “crying and kept repeating, ‘Please don’t judge my body.’”

Bizarrely, the amended complaint also alleges that the strip search was uniquely difficult for Zombie because his genitals had retracted inside of his body – something that is not known to be a side effect of the ingestion of feminine hormones by men.

“Because of the female hormones Plaintiff takes, her genitals are contracted against and into her body, which is difficult to even discuss with others, let alone show them,” reads the statement. “Plaintiff felt acutely aware of her body and humiliated, as if she was on full display to have to show and discuss all her biggest flaws and insecurities all at once.”

Zombie is serving a 35-year-sentence for charges including the brutal 2014 murder of Samantha Brown, who had been his girlfriend at the time. Brown’s corpse was found in the trailer Zombie was living in, the woman having been beaten and bludgeoned to death. While the motive for the crime was never made clear, Brown was survived by four young children.

During the trial, Zombie pleaded guilty to manslaughter and assault to avoid possible murder and attempted murder convictions that could have put him in prison for life without parole. Zombie also pleaded guilty to an additional charge of first-degree assault on a man while in custody. Zombie, along with another inmate, attacked 34-year-old Justin Bedard with a broken broom handle, and was later seen on surveillance video footage “celebrating” the violence.

Zombie began identifying as transgender in 2020 and started a hormone regimen around that time. He has since changed his name and gender marker on legal documents. His attorneys in the lawsuit also insist he has developed “obvious breasts” due to his hormones, and have used the point as though to emphasize he is at heightened risk in a men’s prison.

At the time that the initial lawsuit was filed, September 10 2021, Zombie was already being housed in women’s prison Coffee Creek Correctional Facility (CCCF), having been transferred from Oregon State Penitentiary the week prior. However, ODOC Media Manager Amber Campbell explained to Reduxx that Zombie was returned to a men’s prison, at the end of 2021, just three months after being sent to the women’s facility.

Yet the current ODOC listing for Zombie categorizes him as “female” and states that he is once again being held in the women’s prison, CCCF.

In recent years the ODOC also transferred a double murderer into CCCF on the basis of his self-declared gender identity.

Vietnam war and US Navy veteran Susan Monica, born Steven Buchanan, was found guilty of murdering two men and feeding their corpses to pigs, and was sentenced to a minimum of 50 years in prison.

While awaiting sentencing, he was held among female inmates at Jackson County jail. A former cellmate of Buchanan’s, Jordan Farris, testified in court that Buchanan had confessed to the grotesque murders.

Farris also described getting “chills” after receiving a birthday card from Buchanan signed, “from the sweetest murderer in Jackson County.”

While it is unclear how many men have been transferred into women’s prison CCCF, there have been at least five lawsuits since 2019 filed by female inmates there alleging “widespread” rape and sexual abuse at the facility.

An investigation by Oregon State Police found that a total of 11 female inmates had reported some form of sexual abuse from the same prison official. However, prosecutors declined to charge him, saying some of the accounts were unreliable and that the women’s claims were “unsupportable” as a whole.

A female inmate in Maine’s only women’s prison has filed a lawsuit alleging harassment and assault committed against her by a trans-identified male transfer. Katie Mountain has filed the lawsuit against two prison officials and her former cellmate, a double-murderer named Andrew Balcer, who now goes by the feminine name “Andrea.” Balcer is serving a 40-year prison sentence in the women’s prison at Windham for the grisly murder of his parents, a crime that was defended in court on the basis of Balcer’s self-declared “gender identity.”

Mountain is a 41-year-old married Baptist woman from Dexter, and is currently serving a 10-month sentence for a probation violation. On April 3, Mountain filed a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of housing males with female inmates in Maine.

Mountain first went public with her allegations against Balcer last month by sending a letter to a local news outlet detailing the abuse she had faced while housed with Balcer. Mountain claimed that he sexually assaulted her and had been a “terrorizer” who targeted female inmates.

“She’s shoved me against the bathroom wall and tried to force me to kiss her,” Mountain wrote in her letter, using feminine pronouns for the convicted killer. “I would wake up to her just staring at me and then making comments like: ‘If you don’t wake up, it’s because I smothered you with a pillow.’”

Mountain said she went to her sergeant “six times” and her unit manager at least twice in an effort to be moved, and that correctional staff did not offer her a new arrangement until she physically refused to re-enter the cell with Balcer.

Now, Mountain’s lawsuit is seeking to challenge a state policy which requires inmates to be housed according to a self-declared “gender” rather than by their biological sex.

“Female inmates at the MCC face two horrific choices: bunk with Andrew Balcer—a violent, ‘intact’ male—and endure sexual assault and harassment, or face discipline and segregation for complaining,” reads the complaint.

“Katie Mountain, who is 5 feet 2 inches tall, was forced to bunk with Balcer, a 6-foot, 310-pound male,” the lawsuit states. “While bunking together, Balcer subjected Mountain to graphic sexual stories, trapped her in a bathroom to forcibly kiss her, and made repeated threats of rape and impregnation. Balcer talked disturbingly about putting a baby in her, and pointing to his crotch said, ‘look at my ten-man tent’ and ‘we can’t go for a ride, but you can ride me.’”

According to the lawsuit, Mountain became so distressed as a result of the sexual abuse that she had difficulty eating and sleeping. In a heightened state of anxiety, she told prison officials she would do anything, including physical self-defense, in order to protect herself from Balcer.

Mountain says that she was then punished by prison officials by being transferred to segregation and denied medication, clean clothes, and hygiene supplies. It was at this point that Mountain decided to write to The Maine Wire, a local news outlet, describing her situation. After taking her complaint public, she says she experienced further retaliation from the Department of Corrections (DOC).

Mountain’s complaint also details additional disturbing allegations against Balcer from other female inmates.

Female inmate “MR” gave other women therapeutic back massages to ease tension and promote wellness. One day, Balcer offered to give MR a massage and while MR was lying face down, Balcer rubbed down her sides to touch her breasts and rubbed her backside in a sexually inappropriate manner. MR was very uncomfortable and offended and made a complaint about it to DOC staff.

MR was then placed in segregation, where the doors and windows do not open. She was pressured by correctional staff to apologize under threat of not being able to leave.

In a second case mentioned by the lawsuit, female inmate “MS” was subjected to sexually harassing comments from Balcer and another trans-identified male inmate. MS is a sex trafficking victim serving time for a non-violent drug charge.

Another female inmate, “DF,” complained of her time being forced to share a room with Balcer while he was exhibiting disturbing sexual behavior.

DF explains that Balcer had a crocheted doll, and would lick the doll suggestively while asking DF if she wanted it done to her. DF also says that she once woke up to see Balcer standing in the cell naked, and that he later remarked “imagine what I could do to you in your sleep.”

One anonymous woman quoted in the suit says that all inmates who speak out about sexual abuse at the hands of males in the facility are sent to segregation while the men are allowed to stay in the Women’s Center, adding, “we are being punished because of our complaints.”

Mountain also alleges that the conditions at the Maine Correctional Center — including forcing Mountain to bunk with Balcer despite his repeated threats, sexual assault, and sexual harassment — constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.

The legal claim argues that the gender identity policy implemented by the DOC in January of 2023, which was nearly three months after Balcer was transferred to the female estate, “removed previous considerations regarding a prisoner’s physical stature, tendency toward predatory behavior, or the safety of other prisoners.”

Initially approved in 2021, the policy states that an inmate’s “gender identity” must be “respected and acknowledged, irrespective of anatomy or physique, including ensuring housing and search procedures that are consistent with the gender identity and for all staff and representatives of the correctional or detention facility use the pronouns, titles and names as identified by the person.”

“Maine ‘gender identity’ and ‘gender affirmation’ laws and policies empower and enable Andrew Balcer to prey on and terrorize female inmates in the Maine Correctional Center and the Commissioner and Warden know it and are doing nothing about it,” the complaint states.

Balcer is currently serving a 40-year sentence for murdering his parents and their dog.

In 2018, Balcer was convicted of fatally stabbing his own parents, Alice and Antonio Balcer, inside their home in Winthrop. The murders took place on Halloween in 2016, and at the time, he was 17 years old. After committing the double homicide, during which he also killed the family dog, Balcer was recorded confessing during a 911 phone call. He told the dispatcher that he stabbed his mother in her back when she reached to give him a hug goodnight.

“She went to hug me and I just put my knife in her back,” Balcer can be heard saying in the recording. When the dispatcher asked him why he did it, he said he didn’t know.

Balcer then told the dispatcher that his father tried to intervene after hearing his mother’s screams for help.

Laughing, the teen remarked, “I stabbed the (expletive) out of him.”

The Maine Chief Medical Examiner testified in court that Alice Balcer had been stabbed nine times, while the father, Antonio, was stabbed 13 times.

Police Officer Tyler Nadeau arrived on the scene to arrest Andrew, and described how the teen appeared unapologetic for the brutal killings. “He was just kind of smiling,” said Nadeau. “He was kind of joking with me that his brother would need help [for what he witnessed].”

Balcer ultimately pled guilty to two counts of intentional or knowing murder and one count of aggravated cruelty to animals. Prosecutors played a nearly three-hour long taped confessional Balcer gave to detectives, in which he said he had no mental health struggles or issues with his parents, according to local media.

Following his conviction in 2018, Balcer was moved from the Maine State Prison to the women’s section of the Maine Correctional Institute in Windham. In November 2022, having received a diagnosis of gender dysphoria after claiming a gender identity while incarcerated, Balcer was quietly relocated.

During his trial, Dr. Debra Baeder, a forensic psychologist who evaluated Balcer, said he had been suffering from depression and “significant gender confusion.”

Dr. Baeder argued in court that Balcer had expressed “gender confusion” to his mother and that she did not readily approve of his belief that he was a woman.

“I killed my parents because they forced me to be someone I wasn’t for so many years,” Dr. Baeder quoted from an interview she conducted with Balcer.

Balcer is not the only male currently housed in the Maine women’s prison, and is just one of multiple male inmates referenced in Mountain’s lawsuit.

Another, who was referred to using the initials NV, can be identified as Nathan “Natasha” Venable, who is serving a 40-year sentence for the repeated sexual assault of a young girl.

Venable has a lengthy sexual offense record dating back to 2007, when he was convicted of possessing 32,000 still images and 763 videos of child sexual abuse while serving in the US Army. For that crime, he was sentenced to 5 months in prison, ordered to a lifetime registration on the state’s sex offender registry, and was designated a sexual predator. But following his release, he left Illinois and began living in different states.

In Washington, he was charged with failing to register as a sex offender, but appears to have fled the state prior to being arrested. Venable eventually settled in Maine.

Local news reports from the time of his arrest indicate there were two young victims, but one case was never prosecuted. The second victim appears to have moved to Maine with Venable and her mother, though their exact relationship is unknown.

Venable began sexually abusing the victim when she was 10 years old while the two lived in close proximity in another state. After moving to Maine, the abuse continued on an “almost daily basis,” according to Central Maine, which referred to Venable as a “woman” throughout their coverage.

The child eventually confided in her mother about her abuse in 2022, prompting law enforcement to get involved. The mother then confronted Venable in a phone call she recorded and gave to police as evidence. In the call, Venable claimed he did not remember sexually assaulting the child.

While investigating Venable, police also found a trove of child sexual abuse material on his devices, almost all of which depicted the victim.

Venable ultimately pleaded guilty, and Superior Court Justice Michaela Murphy sentenced him to 30 years in prison on charges of gross sexual assault of a child, and another 10 years on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor. Venable is currently expected to be released in 2060.

A trans-identified male convicted of the grisly murder of an infant has been released on parole a full 30 years early. Jonathan Richardson, who now uses the name Autumn Cordellioné, was convicted in 2002 after his 11-month-old stepdaughter died in his care while her mother was at work. Having served less than half of his 55-year sentence, Richardson was quietly released in late December of 2025.

A statement from the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office was published on March 26, warning the community of Richardson’s presence, and stating that the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) had failed to notify local officials of the release of a “serious violent felon.”

Prosecutor Diana Moers explained that the County Prosecutor’s Office was not made aware of the IDOC’s decision, but rather Richardson had been spotted by a local who recognized him.

Without an official statement from the DOC, it is unclear why Richardson was released early. However, the decision may have been linked to an injunction granted in state court that required the IDOC to provide Richardson with taxpayer-funded cosmetic surgeries. Releasing Richardson early may have been the IDOC’s strategy to avoid paying for the court-ordered cosmetic enhancements.

As previously reported by Reduxx, in 2023, the ACLU of Indiana filed a legal complaint on behalf of Richardson claiming that the IDOC was subjecting him to “cruel and unusual punishment” by denying him the various plastic surgeries he had demanded.

In the suit, ACLU lawyers refer to Richardson as an “adult transgender female prisoner confined in a male institution,” and complains that “the total ban on gender-affirming surgery violates [his] right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment.”

Among a list of demands prepared by Richardson and presented as evidence in court was a document titled “Surgeries to Reach My Ideal Self.” The first item on the list, the court heard, was a “vagina,” followed by: breast implants, a brow lift, a brow reduction, a tummy tuck, gluteal implants (BBL), a uterus transplant, hair removal, and wigs.

However, during court proceedings Richardson stated that he had amended his demands to two surgeries, an orchiectomy and a penile inversion.

In addition to identifying as transgender, Richardson identifies as “Muslim,” and had launched a separate lawsuit against his prison’s chaplain for being denied a hijab.

During his deposition, Richardson told the legal counsel for the IDOC, Alex Carlisle, that in 2018, he had been informed about gender identity by another male inmate at CIF who went by the name of “Pearl.” According to Richardson, Pearl had brought in pamphlets from California state prisons that explained the concept of “gender identity” and introduced to him, for the first time, the idea of taking feminizing hormones.

“I always knew I was a girl, didn’t know that term applied. Because until I talked to Pearl I didn’t even really know transgender was the name for it. I was hearing at the time that it was transsexualism and that didn’t seem to fit me because it was apparently people that like to wear girl clothes to have sex,” Richardson said in his deposition.

However, Richardson also stated that while briefly married to the mother of the infant he murdered, he had been working in an “adult bookstore” that sold pornographic videos. While employed as a janitor, Richardson would have sex with various male customers while pretending to be a “girl.”

Richardson further testified that he had taken the feminine name “Autumn” after his high school girlfriend, and said that he used to steal his sister’s clothing and his mother’s makeup as a youth. “When I put on the clothes, I could for a second realize the girl inside,” he said.

“I felt I was only a woman when a man used me,” Richardson remarked. “It was the only acceptable time to be a woman so it brought me a certain amount of satisfaction that I was pleasuring a man like a woman would and I got to express who I was.”

Richardson had been serving a 55-year sentence for the murder of his 11-month-old stepdaughter after he had been left to care for the child while her mother was at work. That night, he was visited by friends who observed he was “acting strangely” and refused to invite them in the house as he normally would.

Despite claiming the little girl was sleeping, Richardson had loud music playing in the home, and his guests noted that he appeared to have a fresh, bleeding tattoo of the child’s name carved into his arm. Shortly after his friends left, Richardson went to a neighbor’s home and asked them to call 911, claiming the child was unresponsive. The baby would later die at the hospital, with the cause of death determined to be asphyxiation by manual strangulation.

Richardson was booked awaiting a court hearing, and would later tell a prison official “all I know is I killed the little fucking bitch.” The following year, he was found guilty and sentenced to 55 years in prison.

Since being released, Richardson has created several social media profiles and has launched an OnlyFans, where he says he has been selling pornography of himself.

While Richardson’s exact location in Vanderburgh County is unknown, he has indicated that he is transient and has been living in hotels and other temporary accommodations. One source who reached out to Reduxx alleged that Richardson had been staying at a women’s shelter in the community.

On Reddit, Richardson describes himself as “a transfeminine polyamorous and pansexual and interacts with popular transgender forums. Richardson has also created his own called r/TransFreedom, though as of yet, he is the sole member.

“Come to a community where we care about each transgenders [sic] experience and their struggle, we are an open forum for civil discourse and a safe space to post, if you’re transgender or an ally then your [sic] already welcome regardless of your past,” reads the group’s description.

In other social media posts, the transgender baby killer describes being in a relationship with another man who claims to identify as transgender and was also convicted of killing an infant. In 2015, Cory Wallace set his house on fire in an attempt to cover up the fact that he had battered his 4-month old son to death. The following year, Wallace was convicted of charges including neglect of a dependent resulting in death and arson and sentenced to 72 years in prison.

On February 10, 2015, Wallace called 911 to report that their house was on fire and that the infant was trapped inside. Only four minutes would elapse from the time of his call until firefighters removed the child from the home, yet the boy was already dead.

The forensic pathologist who conducted Jensen Wallace’s autopsy concluded that the infant had died before the fire started, and noted several serious injuries which were inflicted by abuse, including two fractured ribs — one which was recent, and another which had been healing. Additionally, an investigator for the Muncie Fire Department concluded, upon investigation, that the fire was intentionally set.

Wallace admitted to police that he “accidentally” dropped the baby on a hardwood floor, and started a fire after he “freaked out” when the baby wasn’t breathing, according to the Delaware County probable cause affidavit.

An investigation by a local news team revealed that the Department of Child Services (DCS) had been warned about Wallace abusing and neglecting children as far back as 2012.

On April 18, 2023, Wallace, incarcerated at the Pendleton Correctional Facility, filed a petition for a change of the sex marker on his birth certificate because “[he] is living as a [t]ransgender [f]emale.” On July 25, 2023, the trial court dismissed Wallace’s petition. The judge cited “public policy” and an Indiana statute which restricts name changes for incarcerated individuals. Upon appeal, the request for a name change and sex marker alteration was thrown out on the basis that Wallace had not provided sufficient evidence to meet the “good faith” standard required by Indiana law for such changes.

Yet Wallace, who is to spend the rest of his life in prison, has persisted in filing lawsuits against the IDOC. In July 2023 Wallace demanded a hefty payout of $500,000 as compensation for not having been granted state-funded cosmetic surgeries.

“In June 2023, Miss Wallace was informed by Mental Health Staff that she would not be receiving Sexual Reassignment Surgical Evaluation… This amounts to Deliberate Indifference, thus violating her Eighth Amendment’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment and the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause to basic medical care.”

“I can’t sleep because I miss my trans significant other,” Richardson states in a video he posted to Instagram. “I call her my wife, but we’re not legally married. Her name’s Nikki, she’s beautiful. We spent so much time in the cell holding each other,” Richardson says, referring to Wallace.

In the video Richardson explains how he met Wallace after having been previously in a sexual relationship with the president of the Sureños, also known as the Sur 13 gang. Referring to Wallace with feminine pronouns, Richardson says, “She ended up moving in to the cell with me… The first night she moved in, I was like, ‘Want me to suck your d**k?’”

Richardson has made multiple images using AI generators, including images which imagine himself and Wallace with two young sons.

The 2023 ACLU lawsuit advocating for Richardson’s requested surgeries was successful the following year, when the United States District Court of Indiana ruled that Richardson had been subjected to “cruel and unusual punishment” by being denied the various plastic surgeries he had demanded.

The ruling issued by Judge Richard Young in September 2024 has far-reaching implications and sets a precedent for further surgeries and hormones to be doled out at taxpayers’ expense. The verdict declared that the statute added to Indiana’s legal code in 2023 barring the DOC from facilitating “medically necessary gender-affirming” surgeries for inmates qualifies as “sex discrimination.”

The mother of the baby girl Richardson strangled to death opposed his legal bid to obtain surgery. Linda Thomas submitted a brief statement expressing her concern that his identity may be concealed from her when he is released from prison.

“On the day he murdered my child, I personally observed Plaintiff with a fresh bleeding tattoo of my child’s name on his arm while I was at the hospital that evening,” Thomas said. “I live in fear for myself and my children of the day [Richardson] is released from prison, which largely increases at the thought that [his] identity may be concealed upon release.”

ACLU attorneys under the leadership of Kenneth Falk attempted to have Thomas’ testimony dismissed as court evidence on the basis that “Ms. Cordellioné objected to the relevance of this declaration.”

We would write incredibly well-substantiated articles, packed with information and undeniable truths to make sure your weapons were always loaded and you had what you needed to fight back.

Since then, we’ve published over 1,800 articles - hundreds of which were exclusives that made international waves and directly promoted change. We’ve been cited in Supreme Court cases, prompted the resignation of politicians and even Olympic officials, been translated into multiple different languages, and worked with women and families all over the world to publish their stories about the damage gender ideology has wrought on them.

The mainstream media tries its best to ignore us, but often quietly relies on us for news on this subject.

Reduxx has learned that a trans-identified male and “radical queer activist” residing in Seattle, Washington, has been publicly advocating for pedophilic relationships with children while also organizing “in-person events for anyone under the queer rainbow.”

Ally Kotetsu, who describes himself as “a non-binary transgender woman who is transrace Japanese,” is campaigning both online and in public through an effort he calls Beyond the Plus, which advocates for the rights of “beings who are romantically or sexually attracted to beings who are below the age of 18.”

Kotetsu’s website describes “minor attraction” as an orientation and refers to individuals with a sexual interest in children as “MAPs” (minor attracted people). According to Beyond the Plus, “MAPs” are some of “the world’s most marginalized beings.”

The site goes on to describe “age-based attractions” as being innate and similar to heterosexuality or homosexuality.

“A number of MAPs, usually ones who are intersectional with other queer identities (though not always), consider age-based attractions to be another, less recognized type of orientation,” reads the Beyond the Plus site.

The blog continues: “Importantly, this only refers to attractions, without implying harmful or illegal actions – most MAPs are law-abiding and don’t want to harm anyone any more than non-MAPs do. However, due to intense social stigma, the overwhelming majority of these MAPs remain closeted, and are never known to be MAPs unless involuntarily outed. This lack of visibility is what allows harmful misconceptions and stereotypes to persist.”

Terms of service, or rules that members are expected to follow, state that discrimination against “age attraction” and “species attraction” are forbidden.

“Members must make all reasonable efforts to respect the personally identifying characteristics of other members, including, but not limited to, attractions (including, but not limited to, sexual orientation, gender attraction, age attraction, and species attraction), identity (including, but not limited to, gender identity, age identity, species identity, and ethnic identity), gender, sex, race, ethnicity, and religion. This includes, but is not limited to, using the correct pronouns and identifying terminology which members have communicated are applicable to them.”

The B+ website also recognizes a disturbing holiday created by online pedophile communities. “Alice Day,” is commemorated in pro-pedophile spaces on April 25 annually, and last year members of B+ organized a picnic to “celebrate girllove.”

According to the B+ event policy, members of the organization are instructed to keep their additional group meetups “under wraps,” as “giving the exact time and place is subject to harassment by some people.”

Since August 2025, Kotetsu has operated a table at Cal Anderson Park where he has distributed pamphlets several times per month. The park was renamed in 2003 after Washington’s first openly gay state legislator and has been described as “the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle’s historic LGBTQIA neighborhood.” Beginning August 18, every other Monday Beyond the Plus (BTP) representatives – all of whom are trans-identified males – have sat at a table handing out pamphlets advocating for the normalization of pedophilia as a sexual orientation.

Kotetsu describes himself as a “radical queer activist” who aims to normalize all paraphilias, or sexual fetishes. While promoting B+ at Cal Anderson Park, Kotetsu offers interested parties buttons that he has designed himself. The buttons depict symbols which represent various paraphilias, among them: pedophilia, necrophilia, and sadomasochism.

Kotetsu, like other pro-pedophile activists, refers disparagingly towards critics as “antis,” a shortened form of “anti-contact” with children.

“When a younger person consents to a relationship and doesn’t regret it, anti cs get upset, and when a younger person consents to a relationship and does regret it, pro cs get upset,” Kotetsu posted via his Mastodon account on August 11. “The simple truth is that some people are and aren’t ready for relationships at different points in their lives… The best thing we can do is give young people resources, outlets, and spaces to figure themselves out… Above all else, youthlib is essential.”

Kotetsu followed up the post with another statement about “youthlib,” clarifying that he advocates for the abolition of “age-based laws,” while using gender identity to rationalize his view that children can consent to sexual interactions with adults.

“Youthlib is much more than just AoC (age of consent). When I was 17, not even a kid, my dad told me I couldn’t present how I wanted, and that when I was an adult I could… it was at that moment I realized just how imaginary the number 18 really is… Forcing imaginary lines of age to tell someone what they can and can’t do is unacceptable,” Kotetsu wrote. “My ultimate goal for youthlib would be an abolishment of the Age of Majority, as well as other age-based laws.”

Kotetsu previously used the alias Arisu, a Japanese pronunciation of “Alice.” Beginning around 2023, Kotetsu set up multiple websites advocating for the “radqueer” position while using that screenname. On one of his several websites, Kotetsu states: “I’m a non-exclusive pedophile with an AoA [age of attraction] of 8 or higher for girls, and 16 or higher for men. I identify with the labels MAP, YAP, girllover, childlover, pedophile, hebephile, etc.”

On another of his blogs, Kotetsu writes derisively of “antis,” a slang term used within MAP activism circles to refer to people who oppose pedophilia. “Antis, transphobes, paramisiacs—whoever—hate you, but they hate you because they are scared of you,” Kotetsu states. “These people exist in the real world just like you do, but in the same way that radqueers are scared to go out and be confronted by them, antis are scared of confronting us. They think we’re predators, monsters, abusers, but we know that those labels really apply to them.”

Kotetsu has also worked with site administrators for transid.org, a website that lists various sexual fetishes and paraphilias. Under a category labeled “age-related,” dozens of pages are dedicated to various aspects of pedophilia, including: “boylove,” “girlove,” “incest MAP,” “autoMAP,” and “MAP-necro-incestual,” referring to a combination of incestuous child sexual abuse combined with necrophilia.

On Tumblr, Kotetsu operates both a personal account and one related to his public activism with B+.

In total, four trans-identified males are listed as staff on the B+ website including Kotetsu, the president: Annette Ordelia, secretary; Aspen Rose, treasurer; and Violet Rose, lead journalist.

Violet Rose, who uses the pronouns “she / it” online, has made several disturbing posts advocating for the sexual abuse of minors. “If you’re a parent, [and] your child isn’t explicitly asexual, and you haven’t bought them a vibrator yet, I’m judging you,” Rose wrote in 2024.

Rose also advocates for “pedosadism,” a portmanteau of “pedophilia” and “sadism,” which refers to acting out sadomasochistic sexual practices on children.

“Anyone who thinks pedosadism is inherently harmful when acted upon has apparently forgotten that consensual BDSM exists,” he said. “Anyone who thinks hurtcore is a uniquely special degree of ontological evil has apparently forgotten there are videos of torture and murder, let alone lifelong trauma being inflicted, all over the internet, including on YouTube. Stop being ageist.”

In one lengthy post, Rose warned his followers to avoid sharing child pornography on Discord, as the company has been “very proactive about finding rule violations that haven’t even been reported by anyone.”

Instead, Rose advised fellow pro-pedophile advocates to use “less dangerous apps” to share illegal content.

Based on statements made on social media, Violet Rose appears to live in close proximity to Kotetsu.

B+ secretary Annette Ordelia has been involved with an influential lobby group that has consulted academics and influenced the diagnostic definition of pedophilia published by the American Psychiatric Association. Specifically, Ordelia has attended MAP Conferences that are organized on an annual basis by the pro-pedophile lobby group B4U-Act. A testimonial from Ordelia is featured on the B4U-Act website which states that he enjoys “educating therapists” and “being able to help shape discussions.”

Ordelia also works on publications released by B4U-Act in collaboration with academics. The B4U-Act Quarterly Review promotes the legalization of childlike sex dolls, and the idea that children can be pedophiles.

The organization B4U-Act was founded in 2003 by Michael Melsheimer, who served a three-year prison sentence in New Jersey for sexually assaulting a teenage boy. Melsheimer explicitly stated that the purpose of the organization was to normalize pedophilia where the National Association of Man-Boy Love (NAMBLA) had failed to do so.

Co-founder and Chairman Russell A. Dick is a licensed social worker with thirty-eight years of experience working with “people who are attracted to minors.” Another leading figure, Richard Kramer, the Director of Operations, established the Male Homosexual Attraction to Minors Information Center (MHAMIC), which promotes the theory that “boys are not always severely harmed by sexual activity with adults.”

B4U-ACT has campaigned for years to change and ultimately eliminate the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) entry on pedophilia. During a 2011 symposium titled “Pedophilia, Minor-Attracted Persons, and the DSM: Issues and Controversies,” hosted by B4U-ACT, Kramer used results of anonymous surveys conducted with the participation of members of B4U-ACT in an attempt to establish that pedophilia is an innate identity that emerges in childhood.

B4U-ACT also maintains a robust catalogue of networks within major Universities around the world. On its website, it lists institutions that have carried out research under its guidance or with its cooperation. Much of this research has to do with ending the stigmatization of “minor-attracted persons.”

A trans-identified male politician who previously attempted to have a woman imprisoned for “misgendering” him was elected as president of the Women’s Rights Committee. Felipe Santos Silva, who has adopted the name Erika Hilton, told the Chamber of Deputies that the Committee should focus on women “without exception in their dignity and plurality,” and included transvestites in his definition.

“We will discuss projects here, we will discuss the lives of women here, we will remember that, whether they like it or not, cis women, trans woman and travestis [transvestites] will not be abandoned in this discussion, and I don’t care about anyone’s wishes,” Hilton, of the Socialism and Liberty Party, stated.

In Brazil, the Commission for the Defense of Women’s Rights (Comissão de Defesa dos Direitos da Mulher) – is a standing committee in the Chamber of Deputies. Its members are responsible for evaluating legislation and public policies related to violence against women and issues that impact women’s health.

The decision was celebrated on Reddit forum r/MTF, where men who claim to be women said Hilton’s appointment was “fantastic” and “epic.”

Upon accepting the role of President of the Women’s Rights Commission, Hilton blasted his critics as “LGBTphobes” and “defenders of pedophilia.”

On March 11, the same day he was elected to the position, Hilton filed a criminal complaint against TV presenter Carlos Massa, widely known as Ratinho, for questioning his appointment to the Women’s Rights Commission. On the Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão (Brazilian Television System – SBT), Ratinho criticized the decision, stating, “I didn’t think it was very fair… why give [the role] to a trans woman?” He also remarked that Hilton “is not a woman.”

“I have nothing against trans people,” Ratinho said. “For a woman to be a woman, she has to have a uterus.”

The claim against Ratinho and SBT, filed with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of São Paulo, accuses the presenter of “transphobia, transphobic slurs,” and “gender-based political violence.” Hilton is demanding $10 million Brazilian reals, the equivalent of $1.9 million dollars.

“What the presenter committed was violence, an attack, and it wasn’t just against me,” Hilton wrote in a social media post. “Ratinho interrupted his program to say that trans women aren’t women, that women who don’t menstruate aren’t women, that women who don’t have a uterus aren’t women, and that women who don’t have children aren’t women. This attack from Ratinho was against all trans women and against all cis women who no longer menstruate or never have.”

“He and SBT will pay for their actions, in the civil and criminal spheres,” he continued. “And they won’t pay me, but all women victims of violence, trans and cis. Finally, it’s worth remembering: I am and always will be a woman. This presenter is, and always will be, a rat.”

But Ratinho is not the only individual who has faced criminal prosecution for declining to “validate” Hilton.

As previously reported by Reduxx, feminist activist Isabela Cêpa faced criminal charges lodged against her by Hilton in 2021.

Hilton was elected to São Paolo’s municipal government in November of 2020, winning his seat by a landslide that gave him the title of the most voted-for ‘woman’ in Brazil.

At the time of his victory, Hilton was celebrated in international media as being a “symbolic triumph” for transgender people. Hilton was amongst the top 10 most-voted for candidates in all of Brazil, and was touted as the “only woman” to make the list.

“At the time I didn’t even know who this person was. I just saw a headline on an Instagram page celebrating that ‘the most voted woman in São Paulo is a transwoman,’” Cêpa told Reduxx. “Then, I shared a video with my followers saying I was disappointed to hear that the most voted-for woman in São Paulo – later found out that it was in the entire country – was a man.”

Hilton didn’t report Cêpa to police until November of 2021, and in January, police arrived at Cêpa’s mother’s workplace to ask for her whereabouts. After speaking with police, Cêpa did not hear about the status of the complaint until June 2022, when she was contacted by a reporter seeking comment for an article.

It was at that time that Cêpa learned she was being charged with 5 counts of “social racism” after the Public Prosecutor combed her social media feed to find other “transphobic” statements. In total, Cêpa was facing 25 years in prison for calling Hilton a man.

In 2019, Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court ruled that discrimination against ‘LGBTQ Community’ constituted a penal offense, but fell under existing race-based protections as a form of “social racism.” This came a few years after State Police in São Paolo began to include trans-identified males in “femicide” statistics.

Last year, Cêpa was granted full refugee protections by the European Union Agency for Asylum. The previous year, 2024, Cêpa had been stopped by at the Salvador Bahia Airport while attempting to travel to Spain to visit a friend. Federal agents flagged an alert linked to her passport and pulled her aside for further inspection. During the subsequent interview, authorities reportedly determined that her situation could meet the criteria for political persecution.

In June of 2025, Cêpa formally applied for refugee status, which she was granted – making her the first Brazilian citizen to receive this designation for state persecution since 1985.

In September 2025, Justice Gilmar Mendes rejected Hilton’s complaint against Cêpa, and in the ruling, stated that calling Hilton a “man” does not constitute a hate crime.

In December, women’s magazine Marie Claire named Hilton as one of it’s “women of the year.” Hilton was called “one of the most influential voices of her generation” and praised for his “initiatives that expand rights, rethink work models and put women and trans people at the center of discussions on welfare, citizenship, equity and access.” His persecution of Cêpa and threats towards other feminists was not mentioned.

As previously reported by Reduxx, multiple Brazilians have faced criminal charges for statements or commentary deemed “transphobic.” Earlier this year, women’s rights activist Karen Mizuno revealed she had been notified by police that she may face criminal charges after mocking a trans activist who claimed that “archaeologists are transphobic.” Mizuno faces up to three years in prison.

A Montreal man who has spent the majority of his life in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting women is seeking a transfer to a female prison. Manfred Sperling, 58, began to self-declare a transgender status while behind bars and now blames his predatory behavior on his “dead self.”

Sperling is currently serving a life sentence at Millhaven Institution, a maximum-security prison for men. Since the age of 19, Sperling has been in and out of prison for committing sex crimes, and received his first conviction for sexual assault in 1986. One of his first victims was reportedly an 11 year-old girl, whom Sperling groped at a local gym.

Following his release in 1998, the predator went on a five-day sexual assault spree. At least four victims were identified, including a child. Sperling grabbed the 12 year-old girl from behind by the neck and told her, “I’ll rape you,” but the girl was able to escape the attack.

Two days after that incident, Sperling attempted to assault a 53 year-old woman at a mall as she was leaving her car. However, she was able to fend him off and fled. Just one hour later, according to local newspaper The Gazette, Sperling again targeted a woman in a parking lot, where he ordered her to strip naked and raped her.

Sperling also has a history of assaulting female prison staff. In 1997 the serial predator grabbed a female guard by the neck and shoved her onto his bed.

Psychiatrist Dr. Louis Morissette provided testimony during a court hearing in which he labeled Sperling “an extreme case” while requesting that he be classified as a dangerous offender.

In Canada, being designated a dangerous offender is the most severe sentence under the criminal code. It is a status intended for the country’s most violent and high-risk criminals. A judge must determine that the criminal in question demonstrates a pattern of brutal and repetitive behavior, coupled with an indifference for the consequences of their actions. Once a convicted criminal is declared a dangerous offender, their sentence can be indeterminate, with their release depending not on the completion of a prison term, but on the judgement of the court system.

Dr. Morrisette told the court that Sperling is obsessed with sexually assaulting and raping women, saying, “That’s all he has in mind.”

In 2020, Sperling began claiming to identify as a transgender woman, and he now calls himself Amanda Joy Cooper.

In 2024, he received plastic surgery on his chest, as well as genital surgery to invert his penis. Both surgeries, which totaled around $30,000 according to the CBC, were subsidized by taxpayers.

Next week a Federal Court will hear arguments seeking Sperling’s transfer to a women’s facility. His lawyer, Jessica Rose, claims Sperling should be sent to a women’s prison because he is now defined as a “female” according to Canada’s correctional policy, having undergone surgery.

Rose leveraged her claim by highlighting a 2022 Correctional Service of Canada commissioner’s directive which states that the sex of an offender “is determined solely by their current genitalia.”

“Her message to us and her message to the court is, ‘I’m a woman with a vagina in a men’s prison. You think I’m safe here?’” Cooper’s lawyer, Jessica Rose, told The New York Post.

“From our perspective, Amanda’s gender identity and her genitals align. She is physically a woman, she identifies as a woman,” Rose added.

Corrections Canada has so far rejected the requests for a transfer, citing Sperling’s history of developing “obsessive attachments” to female prison staff. According to prison authorities, his assaults on female guards makes him a “very high risk to the safety” to female inmates.

During his first year in prison, Sperling threatened to rape and murder female employees, which resulted in his transfer to a super-maximum men’s prison in Quebec.

Corrections Canada also pointed out that Sperling has not taken accountability for his crimes, but rather has pinned the blame on his “dead self,” referring to his male self and newly declared identity as though they were two different people.

Reporting on the upcoming hearing, national broadcaster CBC referred to Sperling by his chosen name, Cooper, and used feminine pronouns to refer to him.

“She underwent gender surgery in September 2024. She now has a vagina and breasts. She has no penis. Her correctional records now list her sex as female,” reports the CBC.

Data from Corrections Canada reveals that there have been 129 requests from male convicts seeking transfers to women’s prisons during the period between 2017 and 2025. Of that total, 35 requests have been approved.

During that period, Corrections Canada approved the transfer of a sadistic pedophile known as Adam Laboucan, or Tara Desousa, to a women’s prison. Like Sperling, Laboucan is designated as a dangerous offender and is serving an indeterminate sentence.

In 1997, Laboucan was convicted of the violent rape of a 3-month-old infant. The infant was so brutally injured by the attack that he had to be flown to Vancouver, 410 miles away, to undergo reconstructive surgery.

After committing the horrific assault, Laboucan “mutilated himself and ate his own flesh,” according to news reports.

Laboucan began identifying as transgender while incarcerated and is currently being held in a women’s correctional facility with a mother and child unit where he has been said to be leering at the children. After a female inmate approached him and demanded that he desist in his threatening conduct, Laboucan assaulted her, fracturing several of her ribs.

A report released by the Canadian Correctional Service in 2022 revealed that 82% of “gender diverse” prisoners with a history of sexual offending were men who identified as “trans women.” Almost all (94%) had committed their offences while “living as their biological sex.” The majority (85%) committed offences that caused death or serious harm to their victim(s) while 70% inflicted psychological harm on their victim(s). Examination of the victimology shows that over half were children (58%) or female (55%). One-third (33%) of the offences committed had multiple victims.

A women’s rights activist in France is on trial after being accused of promoting violence against transgender people for stating that women needed to be wary of “people with penises.” Dora Moutot, an author and campaigner, faces possible criminal penalties, with prosecutors arguing that her views contribute to a harmful social climate linked to “trans youth” suicides. They are seeking a fine of about €2,000 and an order that she attend a so-called re-education course.

The legal complaint, first lodged in February 2023, has been backed by three LGBT organizations – Adheos, Mousse and SOS Homophobie – on behalf of the mayor of Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes, a trans-identified male named Nicolas “Marie” Cau.

Court documents reference a 2022 episode of late-night talk show Quelle époque! which featured a debate between Moutot and Cau. While discussing the issue of men who claim to be transgender women, Moutot stated that women have a need to be cautious in the presence of “people with penises.”

Presenter Léa Salamé asked Moutot, “In what way do you, as a feminist, as a woman, feel that trans demands weaken you? Why do you see this as something that should be opposed? What does it take away from you, as a woman?”

In response, Moutot asserted that it was necessary to “find common ground.” She then cited specific examples of ways in which gender identity ideology policies impede on the rights of women and girls. “For example, in sports: today, a number of trans women—formerly men—compete in women’s categories. And sometimes, simply because they have different musculature, they win,” Moutot elaborated.

“We also face issues in prisons. In certain countries—the United States, in California, or in England—men who have sometimes committed murders of women or rapes are first placed in men’s prisons,” she added. “Then they undergo a ‘gender-affirming’ program, transition while in prison, become women administratively, and are transferred to women’s prisons.”

She continued: “In some cases—I have to say it—there have been men who raped their female fellow inmates. I am not saying that all trans people do this, far from it, but as women we are obliged to be wary of people with penises.”

The latter remark is what attorneys for Cau are arguing constitutes “advocating violence against transgender individuals.”

Speaking to Reduxx, Moutot explained how the prosecutors demonized her in court last week.

“Throughout the hearing, they portrayed me as a hateful woman whose sole activity is to make ‘transphobia’ her business model. They implied that I bear responsibility for ‘the suicide of trans people,’” she said.

“The prosecutor, a man, recommended that the judges convict me. In his view, my statement was both misandrist and transphobic. He suggested that I be sentenced to attend a re-education course and pay a fine,” Moutot continued.

“I explicitly stated beforehand: ‘I am not saying that all trans people do this, far from it,’” she explained. “I also said that ‘we need to find common ground’ on areas of friction between trans rights and women’s rights, particularly in sports and prisons. Despite these qualifications, I was prosecuted. The opposing side argues that my statement amounts to a call to transphobic hatred.”

“Of the three judges, two were women and one was a man. The male judge was the most insistent, repeatedly asking me the same questions, as if attempting to corner me,” Moutot told Reduxx. “He questioned several times why I used the term ‘people with penises,’ especially given that I have criticized transgender vocabulary such as ‘people with vulvas.’ I had to justify why I was using what he implied was my opponents’ terminology, suggesting that I was doing so ironically, as if I had sarcastic or malicious intent. The two female judges asked me very few questions.”

“My lawyers had been confident before the hearing that we would win. Afterward, they were more concerned because of the prosecutor’s position. Although his recommendation is not binding on the judges’ final decision, it was troubling. I believe that, to some extent, even my lawyers underestimated the intensity of the climate surrounding this issue. It’s hard to understand before you actually live it.”

Moutot was initially charged with criminal “misgendering” both Cau and Hanneli Escurier, a female journalist who identifies as a man. However, not all of the statements originally cited have remained as part of the ongoing prosecution.

During the debate, Salamé had asked Moutot whether she regarded the mayor as a woman, to which Moutot replied, “To me, Marie Cau is a man.” A statement released by Mousse accused Moutot of “violently attacking” Cau by calling him both a man, and a “transfeminine man.”

The charge relating to the phrase “transfeminine man” was dismissed at an early stage following procedural arguments advanced by Moutot’s defense, Richard Malka and his colleague Marine Viegas, who raised an objection based on the formal defects of the summons and the legal classification being relied upon.

Cau, whose given name is Nicolas, became well known in France after he was elected to political office in 2020 and was celebrated in media reports as the first transgender mayor in the nation. After he won the election in the small town of Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes, which has a population of approximately 500, Cau expressed an ambition to run for President.

Last year, Cau published an autobiography titled Madame Mayor (Madame le Maire) wherein he described his urge to wear women’s clothing, an activity which he says brings about the “height of happiness” for him.

“Once I was alone in the house, I put on my girl’s clothes. A feeling of happiness, of liberation. Dressed like this, I can talk about myself in feminine terms and I can breathe,” Cau wrote. “Finally. I am myself. Shortly after puberty, I would also wear make-up… It became a bit like a drug, an addiction, because it feels so good that I would try to find that pleasure again.”

In his autobiography, Cau also detailed his divorce from his wife, and railed against the justice system, which granted custody of their children to his former wife.

“The woman is always the victim, while the man is always the executioner, often accused of violence or alcoholism,” he wrote. The judge presiding over their divorce proceedings ordered him to leave the home and granted him limited visitation rights – a situation that Cau says “is one that the courts traditionally reserve for a failing or even violent father.”

Moutot has been the target of what she describes as “enormous harassment” for years, beginning in 2019 when she began to question gender identity ideology.

Previously, prominent political figures in France have publicly condemned and even mocked Moutot on social media for her statements about biological sex. Following an interview published in Le Figaro last August, Senator Mélanie Vogel of The Greens (EELV) taunted Moutot on Twitter, commenting that “transphobes are not feminists.” The publication had shared a photo of Moutot alongside a quote: “A woman is an adult human female, this is a biological reality. Only women are able to give life. This is a privilege.”

For stating her views that men cannot become women, Moutot has been targeted by activists who have explicitly called for violent acts to be committed against her, even for her murder. Examples of calls for violence against her include trans activists chanting, “One TERF, one bullet” and “Dora Moutot to the bottom of the Rhine.”

In May 2024, trans activists chanted death threats at Moutot and her colleague, Marguerite Stern, outside of Assas University where they had been invited to speak about a book they wrote together critical of gender identity ideology titled “Transmania.”

Demonstrators surrounded the entrance and shouted, “A TERF, a bullet, social justice,” at the two women as they were escorted by police. “They have no shame,” said Stern in footage depicting the scene. “How can they say that in front of police?” marveled Moutot.

Other threats published online urged people to “settle things with knives,” while still others encouraged supporters to “burn” and “smash” her. Moutot filed a legal complaint against those who made violent threats against her, but her complaints were dismissed by the courts.

A convicted killer man who brutally murdered his wife is serving a life sentence in a women’s prison. Robert Kosilek now calls himself “Michelle” and was quietly transferred into the Massachusetts Correctional Institution Framingham (MCI Framingham) women’s prison with the legal assistance of the state chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders (GLAD Law).

Kosilek, now 76, violently murdered his wife Cheryl McCaul at their condominium in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Cheryl’s body was discovered in the back seat of her gray Hyundai parked in a shopping mall lot in North Attleborough on the evening of Sunday, May 20, 1990.

She had been strangled with a rope and a wire to such an extent that her head was nearly severed. Her body was exposed in a graphic sexual manner, with her top pulled up and her pants around her ankles.

A taxi driver testified that he picked up Kosilek from the same mall on the afternoon of May 20, and drove him to a store located near Kosilek’s house in Mansfield. That evening, according to court records, police in North Attleborough received a telephone call from Kosilek stating that his wife had not come home that evening and asking whether there had been any reports of possible vehicular accidents in the area.

The police told Kosilek that they had located his wife’s car, and they asked him to come to the police station, which he agreed to do. At the station, Lieutenant Michael Gould told Kosilek that “a body was found in the back seat” of his wife’s automobile. Lieutenant Gould questioned Kosilek, who claimed that his wife had not come home after going to work earlier in the day.

On May 22, Kosilek, who was still being questioned by authorities in connection with his wife’s death, was involved in an automobile accident in Bedford. Police who arrived on the scene noted that Kosilek was “dressed in women’s clothing.” Though he crashed into a stop sign, Kosilek had passed a sobriety test, and was therefore released.

However, two days later, on the afternoon of May 24, police in New Rochelle, New York, stopped Kosilek for speeding only to discover a partially-consumed bottle of vodka in the car. Kosilek was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and remarked to the officer, “You would be drunk too if the police thought you killed your wife.” Later, at the New Rochelle police station, Kosilek commented: “I had a fifteen year old son and a wife. I can’t call my wife. I murdered my wife. Now, I need to call a psychiatrist.”

Kosilek was taken to the psychiatric unit of a New York hospital and subsequently was brought back to Massachusetts by the State police, where he was charged with first-degree murder.

After his arrest, Kosilek began claiming to identify as a “transsexual” and adopted the name Michelle Lynne. For a period of time, he was also considered a potential suspect in the unresolved serial slayings of nine women in New Bedford in April to September 1988, as he had lived there during that time.

During the two days between his initial traffic stop and his arrest in New York, the court was told, Kosilek had gone on a shopping spree and bought “hundreds of dollars of women’s clothing and jewelry.”

While incarcerated awaiting trial, Kosilek changed his name to Michelle Lynne and, in 1992, launched a campaign from his prison cell to become the sheriff of Bristol County. He claimed to represent what he called the “New Women Party” and ran on a platform that focused on prison reform to benefit trans-identified male inmates.

During the trial for the murder of his wife, which took place in 1993, Kosilek was permitted to wear makeup and jewelry. Photographs of Kosilek with long hair taken during the proceedings depict him posing for the camera, and he was referred to with feminine pronouns by the court.

Kosilek rationalized the savage slaying of his wife as an act of “self-defense” after he said she had walked in on him while he was wearing her clothing. During a series of recorded interviews presented as evidence in court, Kosilek reportedly accused Cheryl of flying into a “transphobic rage” upon seeing him wearing her clothes, and he claimed that she poured boiling tea on his genitals and threatened to kill him.

It was at this point, according to Kosilek, that he “went into a blackout” as a result of “the trauma of it,” and killed Cheryl by strangling her both with a piano wire and rope, pulling so violently that she was nearly decapitated.

Kosilek and Cheryl McCaul had first met in the 1980’s while she was working as a volunteer counselor at a drug rehabilition center. Kosilek was one of her patients, and according to him, she had hoped to cure his “sexual issues.”

Kosilek was involved in extensive litigation against the Massachusetts Department of Corrections (DOC) for thirty years, beginning in 1992 and ending in 2022 after he underwent tax-payer funded genital surgery.

As a result of decades of legal claims, the convicted murderer was quietly transferred to the women’s prison MCI Framingham on September 9, 2019, two years before he would undergo genital surgery. Prior to this, he was housed at MCI Norfolk, a medium security facility for men.

In 2002, responding to a legal complaint from Kosilek requesting feminizing hormones and surgery, Judge Mark Wolf ruled that there was a “serious medical need,” but did not order state-funded surgical castration until ten years later. Judge Wolf’s decision requiring the DOC to finance Kosilek’s surgery stated that the DOC was committing “cruel and unusual punishment” in denying Kosilek’s request to have his genitalia removed. This was a landmark decision and was the first such order issued in the United States.

Following his legal victory, Kosilek demanded $698 in personal compensation along with $800,000 in legal fees, prompting his victim’s family to speak out.

“It’s an outrageous request,” said Susan Ohannessian, Cheryl McCaul’s niece, in a 2012 interview. “He doesn’t deserve a dime as far as I’m concerned. The longer he speaks out, the longer he clogs the system with this garbage, the sadder it gets. He’s trying to make himself the victim.”

However, in 2014, the order requiring the DOC finance Kosilek’s surgery was overturned by the First Circuit Court of Appeals on the basis of safety concerns, as it was believed he would be targeted for sexual assault by male inmates at MCI Norfolk. The DOC had argued that having an inmate with a surgically-created “vagina” in a men’s prison would create a safety “nightmare” for both the inmate and the staff.

In 2018, Kosilek filed a new lawsuit demanding both genital surgery and a transfer to women’s prison Framingham. As part of the evidence submitted on his behalf, Kosilek sought and obtained data about female inmates’ convictions. Specifically, Kosilek requested information regarding how many women were incarcerated at Framingham for the murder of another woman, presumably to justify his transfer.

In the complaint, filed in August 2018, Kosilek cited a Criminal Justice Reform Bill passed by Governor Baker just four months prior. The law established new mandates on the basis of “gender identity,” and granted inmates the right to request housing in a facility of their choice. It also codified tax-payer funded “transgender” surgeries as a right.

The superintendent of MCI Framingham, Lynn Bissonnette, testified that Kosilek’s history of committing a violent crime against a woman might traumatize the female inmates at the prison, many of whom are survivors of domestic abuse. However, she further argued that it would be Kosilek who was at risk of assault, rather than the female inmates. To mitigate the competing risks, Bissonnette said that maximum emphasis would be placed on integrating Kosilek with the general population of women.

According to court transcripts, Kosilek was backed by Dr. Stephen B. Levine, a psychiatrist appointed by Judge Mark Wolf as an independent, court-appointed expert in Kosilek v. Spencer. Levine specializes in sexual dysfunction and transsexualism and founded the Case Western Reserve Gender Identity Clinic in Cleveland during the 1970’s. He also served as Chair of the fifth edition of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s (WPATH) Standards of Care in 1998, and was on the American Psychiatric Association DSM-IV Subcommittee on Gender Identity Disorders.

Levine recommended Kosilek for surgery and “testified that he could not imagine anything more cruel” than denying him the procedure. Following his role in the litigation, Levine was officially employed by the Massachusetts DOC in as a Gender Dysphoria Consultant, a role he has held continuously for over 15 years.

Most recently, Levine offered his testimony in support of a transgender baby killer housed in Indiana who sued the state to fund his “gender affirming” surgeries. The United States District Court of Indiana ruled that Autumn Cordellioné, born Jonathan C. Richardson, had been subjected to “cruel and unusual punishment” by being denied the various plastic surgeries he had asked for.

Among a list of requests prepared by Richardson and presented as evidence in court was a document titled “Surgeries to Reach My Ideal Self.” The first item on the list, the court heard, was a “vagina,” followed by: breast implants, a brow lift, a brow reduction, a tummy tuck, gluteal implants (BBL), a uterus transplant, hair removal, and wigs.

A trans-identified male and convicted pedophile is the prime suspect in the brutal murder of a young woman in the residential area of Rönninge, Sweden. Robin Andersson, 26, who recently began calling himself “Vilma,” was arrested on December 30 and detained under suspicion of murder and the gross desecration of a corpse.

Andersson had previously attempted to kidnap a 10-year-old girl in 2019 and was found in possession of over 42,000 files depicting child sexual abuse and graphic images of female corpses.

In the early hours of December 26, the young woman Andersson is believed to have abducted and murdered arrived at Rönninge station. Surveillance footage depicts her exiting the station, after which she was never seen alive again.

The young woman, identified only as “My” in reports, was a university student who was home visiting family for the holidays. Her family has requested privacy, and is asking members of media and the public to refrain from spreading the victim’s photo or personal details.

Suspecting Andersson’s involvement due to his criminal record, police were assigned to trail him for ten hours on the following day. According to news outlet Samnytt, law enforcement witnessed Andersson handling pieces of the woman’s body in a wooded area, where he was attempting to bury her corpse. Andersson is said to have killed and dismembered the woman, and there are reports that he hid additional body parts in a cabin in Södertälje.

In the area around the train station, My’s family discovered her headphones. In addition, a hammer, cable ties and traces of wires were also reportedly found.

Andersson, formerly known as Robin Säbb Hjerth, changed his name several times and most recently adopted a feminine first name, Vilma Andersson. Disturbingly, the name is remarkably similar to that of a 17 year-old Uddevalla girl who was found to have been murdered and dismembered by her boyfriend.

In 2019, Andersson was convicted of an attempted kidnapping and possession of child pornography and was sentenced to two years and four months in prison. But because Andersson was 19 at the time, his sentence fell under a “youth reduction” (ungdomsrabatt) policy that was standard in the Swedish legal system at that time, and he was released in just 18 months, according to Dagens Nyheter.

As a result of being convicted on charges related to pedophilia, Andersson applied for and was granted certain protections by the state under policies intended to “safeguard” individuals who face threats, violence, or other serious risks to their safety.

Information provided in news reports indicate that Andersson, due to being found guilty of crimes related to pedophilia, was registered by the state under the Protected Population Registration (Skyddad folkbokföring).

This measure involves the person living at an address other than where they actually live, which prevents their true location from appearing in public records. Therefore, it is likely that individuals residing in Rönninge were unaware of Andersson’s presence and criminal record, as he was previously living in Ekerö, about 40 kilometers away.

It was in Ekerö where Andersson targeted a 10 year-old girl. While wearing a black mask, Andersson, equipped with zip ties and duct tape, attempted to force the girl into his car. The child managed to escape, and during court proceedings Andersson described his pedocriminal behavior as a “cry for help.”

While under suspicion for the attempted abduction, a forensic investigation uncovered the significant quantity of graphic content in Andersson’s possession, which included both depictions of dead women and child sexual abuse.

The female corpses were also dismembered, as they were photographs from autopsy examinations. The convicted pedophile was also reportedly searching specifically for autopsy images of female genitalia.

Andersson’s internet search history showed that he was looking for information about drugging girls and disposing of their corpses. Investigators were able to track down certain internet searches he had made, such as: “Make someone unconscious,” “chloroform,” and searches for dead female bodies.

A forensic psychiatric examination conducted at the time determined that one of Andersson’s driving forces behind the attempted abduction was his “sexual interest in children and death,” adding that he “does not believe that the plaintiff has been harmed by the act and states that it is not clear that the children depicted in the abuse material feel bad about it.”

However, the report asserted that there were no signs that he suffered from a serious mental disorder. Most evidence, according to psychiatrists, indicated that he “acted in a calculating and purposeful manner during and after the acts.”

After completing an 18-month prison sentence, Andersson was released, and his address and background were withheld by the government. He was then able to legally change his name several times, and eventually settled on Vilma.

The murder of My has drawn national attention, and a fundraiser for her family has drawn in over 1 million kroner from more than 10,000 individuals.

While Andersson’s official documents continue to list him as male, it is likely that he will be permitted to change his legal status to “female” despite the nature of his crimes. In recent months, the Swedish government transferred a father convicted of murdering his two young children into a women’s prison after he claimed to identify as transgender.

Paulus Said Foukaih Abdelshahed, an Egyptian national who had been living in Sweden for almost two decades, is serving a life sentence for the killings.

Court documents and subsequent reporting state that prosecutors determined Abdelshahed had placed bags over each child’s head and pumped helium into the bags through a hose, depriving them of oxygen. The prosecution described the killings as intentional, carefully planned, and particularly ruthless. Investigators recovered items from the home consistent with this method, including bags, tape, and gas-related equipment.

Abdelshahed admitted to killing the children during the investigation, an admission prosecutors cited alongside forensic findings and other physical evidence.

During the pre-trial phase, he underwent an initial psychiatric screening under Sweden’s Section 7 procedure, which is used to determine whether a full forensic psychiatric evaluation is necessary. According to Dagens Juridik, the preliminary assessment raised concerns about his mental state, prompting authorities to order a comprehensive psychiatric examination.

That examination ultimately concluded that Abdelshahed did not suffer from a serious mental disorder of the kind that would justify sentencing him to compulsory psychiatric care rather than prison.

According to TV4 Nyheterna, Abdelshahed applied to change his legal sex marker to “female” last fall, and his application was granted. He also changed his legal name to “Lily.” Shortly after, he was moved to an unnamed women’s prison.

A trans-identified male in Norway currently appealing a conviction for the rape of a young girl has announced that he has begun the process to change his legal sex marker to ‘female.’ Damien “Damia Scarlet Rose Nesne” Baar, 45, was convicted last year of the rape of a girl while she was between the ages of 12 and 14.

Independent journalist Elin Gregusson attended court proceedings this week in the Gulating Court of Appeal, which heard arguments from Baar and two other men who were convicted for sexually abusing the girl. Gregusson discussed the proceedings via a series of Facebook posts.

“Today, the 45-year-old [Baar] declared that next Friday he will submit documentation that will allow him to become a legal woman,” Gregusson wrote on January 14.

“So absurd has Norwegian law become that this plan is, by all accounts, going to be realized… He will consequently receive a new social security number and be registered as a woman in public registers. Perhaps also as a female criminal in the crime statistics. In the worst case, the Norwegian Correctional Service could decide that he should have his wish fulfilled to serve his sentence in a women’s prison.”

In addition to announcing his plan to change his legal sex, Baar stated that he had endured a difficult life as a result of being “transgender,” and demanded he receive surgeries and hormones subsidized by taxpayers while incarcerated.

Baar’s defense attorney Ivar Abrahamsen questioned how his client’s mental health had been affected by his conviction. In response, Baar lamented that “shitty tabloid newspapers” had published photos of him, which caused him to be thrown out of his local bar.

Defense attorneys had previously attempted to argue for leniency for their clients by pointing to a news report published by Reduxx in January which named the men and shared their photos. However, the court disagreed with the contention that this constituted a mitigating circumstance.

In May 2025, Baar and one other trans-identified male, Even “Eevee” Seberg, were convicted of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14 and an instance of gang rape in which “the act [was] committed by several people together… in a particularly painful or particularly offensive manner.” Both men claim to be trans women, and committed the sexual abuse alongside a third man, Kenneth Langvatn Aakre.

The sexual abuse of the child first came to the attention of authorities on the night of June 3, 2024, after Aakre was seen kissing the victim on the mouth and grabbing her genital area while on public transport. Aakre and Baar had plied the victim with alcohol, and the three were leaving a Pride festival in Bergen. Charges laid in the indictment included the procurement of alcohol for a minor.

On June 1, 2024, Baar and the girl met Seberg in Losjehaven, where they attended the Pride Festival, before returning to Baar’s apartment. Between June 1 and 3 both men sexually abused and raped the girl on multiple occasions, with the court noting that they had used “sex toys” on the victim. Baar photographed one incident as Seberg sexually abused the child. The men then urinated on the girl while she was taking a shower.

According to the judgement, Seberg’s attempts to penetrate the girl had failed because “she [Seberg] lost her erection.” Seberg was therefore given a reduced sentence of one year and six months on the charge of aggravated sexual conduct, as attorneys had maintained that he was unable to maintain an erection when attempting to rape the young girl. He was also ordered to pay a fine of 200,00 Norwegian kroner.

During a police interrogation, Baar admitted to having raped the girl “several times” on the night of May 31, 2024, when she was thirteen years old. During questioning, Baar admitted to having had a history of abusing the victim, noting another incident of sexual abuse had taken place during a weekend in September 2023.

Baar was sentenced to five years and nine months in prison, and has been ordered to pay a 350,000 Norwegian kroner ($34,600 USD) fine.

While Aakre was also charged with sexual activity with a child, he has not been accused of participating in the rape or gang rape of the girl. Aakre was sentenced to sixty days imprisonment with a reduction for time detained, and was ordered to pay a fine of 30,000 Norwegian kroner.

Baar and Seberg were additionally charged and found guilty of producing images of child sexual abuse involving the victim.

Hordaland court records reviewed by Reduxx state that the victim was an at-risk youth due to “life challenges,” and that the three men “exploited her vulnerable situation.” Sentencing documents further reveal that the victim had been struggling with an eating disorder and had recently been reported as missing from a child welfare institution.

Gregusson, commenting on the proceedings in the Court of Appeal this week, noted that although the victim had been living in a child welfare institution, representatives from the state-funded service neglected to appear in court.

“I wonder why no one from the [child protection] ministry or the BUF Directorate is following the trial. The hearing bench should have been full of bureaucrats who supposedly work for the best interests of children. They would want to learn. The same applies to the press. It seems that interest disappeared when Nettavisen and Subjekt reported the case truthfully, stating that the convicted were men who wanted to serve time in women’s prisons.”

The three defendants sit together in court, each with their own defense attorney,” Gregusson continued. “They have access to everything and listen to each other. They and their professional lawyers can collaborate so that the explanations are as consistent as possible. The victim is not present. No one from child welfare, either. The imbalance is palpable.”

Gregusson said that during the appeal, Baar blamed the young girl for the sexual abuse, describing himself as “people-pleaser” who “struggles to say ‘no.’”

Reduxx previously reported on the case, and was able to locate social media profiles belonging to the three men, most of which have since been hastily deleted.

On X, Seberg describes himself as “trans fem,” and “pansexual,” and frequently interacts with transgender and hentai pornography accounts. In one disturbing post dated October 2024, Seberg said he “prefer[s] to get raped by girldick.” On Facebook he refers to himself as “a bit odd, but kind.”

Baar and Seberg are mutual contacts on the world’s leading fetish network FetLife, where Seberg describes himself as a “trans woman” with a “perverted stream of consciousness.”

In a journal entry posted to FetLife in October last year, just four months after he and Baar allegedly raped the young girl, Seberg wrote, “Have you ever seen a girl and thought not just that she is pretty, but that you wish you could be her? Well, most of us that have that experience are trans girls, but not everyone arrives at the realization at the same time.”

Baar is similarly active in BDSM-themed groups on FetLife, and claims that he “came out as trans” in February 2021.

“I guess I’m more Finic than Lesbian,” reads Baar’s profile. “Finic is a term for people on the multisexual spectrum who have a preference towards people who are feminine in nature (FIN). This can refer to people who are attracted to feminine or woman-aligned genders, such as people who are fingender or fiaspec. It can refer to people who are attracted to a feminine gender presentation (regardless of the person’s actual gender).”

Baar describes himself as a voyeur, exhibitionist, sadist, and “brat tamer,” and lists “group sex” as one of his fetishes. Other fetishes listed by Baar include “pain,” “screaming,” and “tearing off clothing.” On Instagram, Baar has shared photos of himself edited with FaceApp to resemble a young girl.

A trans-identified male serving a 22-year sentence for the violent murder of his own mother was quietly transferred into a minimum-security Illinois women’s prison with a mother-baby unit. John Wesley Finnegan began calling himself “Hannah Dagny” in 2014, approximately five years into his prison term, and was transferred to Decatur Correctional Center within the past five years.

Finnegan pleaded guilty but mentally ill to strangling his mother in 2008. After entering his plea to first-degree murder, the then 20-year-old Finnegan was sentenced to 22 years in prison.

Prosecutors said 43-year-old Mary Finnegan was found dead at her home on Friday, July 24, 2008. Her other son, David, found her body, which had been stripped naked and wrapped in bed sheets. The murder had occurred sometime the day before when John Finnegan entered his mother’s room, found her sleeping, and “swiftly killed her emotionlessly,” according to Peoria County State’s Attorney Kevin Lyons. Lyons told the court he was quoting from a statement Finnegan gave to law enforcement.

Lyons noted that Finnegan claimed to have been in a “peculiar” incestuous sexual relationship with his mother that had been ongoing for about four years, and that Finnegan told investigators he had had intercourse with his mother the day before he killed her.

When confessing to the murder, Finnegan reportedly told police that he sexually abused his mother’s corpse before attempting to kill himself. After a failed suicide attempt, Finnegan left the house in his mother’s car and was arrested in Stark County on Sunday morning.

In 2020, Finnegan, then using the name Hannah Dagny, filed a legal complaint against the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) Director John Baldwin, along with several other prison wardens and officials and nearly a dozen anonymous “John Does.”

Finnegan accused prison officials of “systemic discrimination” by housing him in a men’s correctional center, a circumstance he described as placing him “in harm’s way.”

According to the complaint, Finnegan has been “on hormone therapy” since 2014. He describes himself as “fully developed” and having “noticeable breasts,” while claiming to have also been born with a male disorder of sexual development (DSD) which resulted in a “feminine bone structure and voice.”

The bulk of Finnegan’s complaint revolved around various instances of alleged abuse incurred as a result of being a “trans woman in a male facility.” Finnegan alleged that “being forced to grow a beard” caused him to have “intense thoughts of autocastration and suicide.” He also asserted that he had a “need to be transferred to a women’s prison, a need to have [his] feminine name used by the IDOC, and gender-affirming surgery and facial hair removal.”

Finnegan also revealed that he had been transferred to another prison, Lawrence Correctional Center (Law CC), from Centralia Correctional Center, as a result of “sexual misconduct” with another male inmate.

“Plaintiff [Finnegan] wears bras at all times and was wearing a bra upon arrival at Law CC,” reads the complaint. “Due to a disciplinary transfer for sexual misconduct with another inmate that was initially suspected of her being abused by that inmate, Plaintiff was immediately taken from the transfer bus to the segregation unit.”

Finnegan also has alleged that court records place him at “increased risk of sexual victimization,” by using his birth name and recording his sex as male. He also requested single-cell accommodations, and complained of feeling unsafe at being locked in a cell with “all male inmates she [sic] doesn’t pick as inmates.”

The convicted killer stated that he was raped anally by a male cellmate named Justin Colapietro while housed at Law CC. He repeatedly refers to Colapietro in the court document as “the Rapist” while referring to himself using feminine pronouns.

“Plaintiff is documented by IDOC records as highly likely to be victimized, designated vulnerable, feminine in appearance, classified as transgender, etc, and should not be double-celled with any inmate, let alone an inmate twice her [sic] size who is a sex offender convicted of predatory assault,” Finnegan wrote.

Last year, attorneys for Chicago-based lawfirm Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. (HSPRD), launched an online petition demanding clemency for Finnegan on the basis of his self-declared transgender status.

“Like so many women in Illinois prisons, Hannah is a criminalized survivor of sexual abuse,” reads the petition to Illinois Governor JB Pritzker. “In 2008, when Hannah was 20 years old and suffering from trauma-related mental illness, Hannah killed her mother. This terrible act occurred only because Hannah’s mother, who also suffered from mental illness, had sexually abused Hannah throughout her youth… Tragically, the system designed to protect Hannah could not keep her safe.”

Finnegan was first transferred to the women’s prison Logan Correctional Center (LCC) in 2021, according to the HSPRD website, but he is now located at Decatur, a women’s facility that currently houses female inmates with their babies. The Mom and Babies Pilot was launched at the institution in 2008 as a way for qualified mothers to keep their newborn babies with them for a specific amount of time to ensure proper bonding. It has continued due to the successes of the program.

While it is unclear when Finnegan was transferred to women’s facility Decatur, the move may have occurred at any time between 2021 and 2025. It was during this time that the IDOC was inundated with legal claims filed by American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Illinois on behalf of several violent male convicts.

As previously reported by Reduxx, one of the first known male inmates to be transferred to a women’s prison in the state of Illinois is a convicted murderer who has been accused of raping a female inmate. Andre Cashmere Patterson, also known as Janiah Monroe, was first transferred from a men’s detention center to the Logan Correctional Center for women in April of 2019 as a result of litigation backed by the ACLU.

Patterson was transferred to a women’s correctional center two years before an official directive, Administrative Directive 04.03.104, which governs the management and placement of transgender offenders, became effective on April 1, 2021. This was made possible by a preliminary injunction filed by the ACLU, and granted by Chief Judge Nancy Rosenstengel in December 2019.

This administrative directive, which required the IDOC to make individualized housing decisions for self-described transgender inmates, was adopted in compliance with the preliminary injunction order issued as part of the ACLU-backed class-action lawsuit Monroe v. Meeks.

In June of 2019, just two months after being transferred into Logan, a woman who was made to share a housing unit with Monroe filed a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) report alleging that he had raped her. Under the protection of anonymity, “Jane Doe” also accused prison officials of attempting to coerce her to lie about her ordeal, which she would later reveal the details of in a February 2020 lawsuit.

“The transfer of transgender inmates from male to female prisons has been a contentious policy within IDOC,” stated attorneys for the alleged victim. “In an attempt to justify the transfers … IDOC employees covered up the sexual assault of Plaintiff and tried to falsely classify it as consensual, to keep it from being considered a PREA violation.”

The lawsuit filed by the anonymous female inmate accused Monroe, who “identifies as female, but still has male genitalia” was moved into the plaintiff’s housing unit on June 18, 2019, and immediately began “express(ing) an interest” in Doe.

“Plaintiff was terrified of this inmate as the inmate was much bigger and stronger than Plaintiff,” the lawsuit stated. “Plaintiff had also heard that this inmate had assaulted prior cellmates and had been convicted of murder.”

As a result of the IDOC’s implementation of “gender identity” policies, another man convicted of the brutal murder of his mother was transferred into a women’s prison in Illinois. Kmuel Kevin King is currently incarcerated at Logan Correctional Center (LCC), a facility for female inmates, despite being described as “male” within the state’s Department of Corrections records. King is serving an 80-year prison sentence for the cold-blooded murder of his mother.

At least four trans-identified male convicts were transferred into an Illinois women’s prison after being represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Now, the ACLU is requesting that the court issue an order prohibiting those men from being transferred to Menard Correctional Center, the state’s largest maximum security male facility, and demanding that an additional group of men in Menard be offered a transfer to a women’s prison.

For nearly a decade, the Illinois ACLU has acted as legal counsel on behalf of a group of male criminals who claim to be transgender, of whom at least four have been confirmed by Reduxx to be currently housed at Logan Correctional Center – a women’s facility.

In January 2018, the ACLU filed a class-action lawsuit against Department of Corrections (DOC) officials on behalf of six male inmates requesting a transfer to a women’s prison. In legal documents, all of the men were identified by a feminine alias: Andre C. Patterson, or “Janiah Monroe”; Eric D. Padilla, or “Lydia Helena Vision”; Diego R. Melendez, or “Marilyn”; Jordan Kuykendall, or “Sora”; Fadell Reed, or “Sasha”; and Gregory Stamps, or “Ebony.”

The initial suit, Monroe v. Rauner, accused then-mayor Bruce Rauner and DOC Director John Baldwin of “cruel and unusual punishment,” an eighth amendment violation, for not providing the convicted criminals with feminizing hormones.

The complaint argues that “the IDOC systematically fails to provide necessary medical treatment for gender dysphoria… Among other common and medically necessary treatments, IDOC routinely fails to provide adequate hormone therapy and to accommodate social transition so that a prisoner can live consistently with his or her gender identity.”

It continues: “And while gender affirming [genital] surgery also is medically necessary for some patients with gender dysphoria, IDOC has adopted a policy that such surgery can be approved only in ‘extraordinary circumstances,’ which in practice means that IDOC never has approved any prisoner for surgical gender dysphoria treatment.”

The suit has been ongoing for the past eight years. Earlier this year, the ACLU filed a preliminary injunction seeking to prevent the DOC from ever transferring Padilla, Patterson, Kuykendall, Melendez, or Reed to male prison Menard.

Additionally, the motion requests that the DOC be required to “offer a transfer for all class members to [women’s prison] Logan.” The class-action lawsuit refers to “at least eleven” men whose names have been redacted in court documents.

“There are currently at least eleven class members living at Menard, a male facility. Not a single class member feels safe at Menard, and none of them are receiving constitutionally adequate care for their gender dysphoria,” reads the motion.

“Nearly all of the class members at Menard report being raped or sexually assaulted by guards and other inmates. All of them feel targeted and retaliated against by virtue of their gender dysphoria and mere affiliation with this lawsuit,” it continues. “At Menard, there is a documented pattern and practice of physical and sexual assault by male guards and inmates alike against class members that reside there. Class members are beaten, raped, and suffer relentless abuse and misgendering by staff and others at Menard.”

Despite the ACLU’s claims, Warden Anthony Wills testified that he has not been made aware of an alleged pattern of harassment of transgender inmates at Menard. Wills also revealed that sixteen men at Menard are claiming to be transgender women. The men are held in single cells together in the West House, an area of Menard which lacks security cameras.

Wills stated that he had repeatedly requested the installation of security cameras in that area since 2021, but his requests were ignored. During that time, he learned of between 50 to 100 reports filed by trans-identified male inmates complaining of “feeling unsafe” or physical assault. However, he noted that no investigation into alleged assaults of trans-identified inmates by DOC staff had ever found the complaints to be substantiated.

In its court filings, the ACLU repeatedly refers to the men as “female,” and lists several alleged incidents of rape, “hostility,” and “misgendering.”

At Menard, “cross-gender strip searches are the norm,” says the ACLU. “Female class members are double-celled with cis-gender men who assault and threaten them because they are transgender, while others are consigned to segregation or protective custody, but even then, these women still share space with angry and violent inmates… the Court should require Defendants to demonstrate why any transgender woman and other class members who want to live in a facility consistent with their gender identity should not reside at Logan.”

The motion was granted in September by Judge Nancy Rosenstengel, and a further evidentiary hearing is scheduled to take place December 8.

When granting the motion, Judge Rosenstengel ordered the DOC to “transfer every class member now housed at Menard to another facility no later than October 15, 2025,” and added that DOC Director Latoya Hughes “shall take into consideration the individual’s preference(s) as to the location of the transfer.” The order for injunctive relief further specifies that the names of the men to be transferred will remain redacted or censored.

Of the five men who are named in the ongoing lawsuit, four are currently at a women’s prison as a result of the litigation: Patterson, Padilla, Melendez, and Kuykendall.

Reed is listed as being in male prison Centralia.

Reed was sentenced to ten years in prison in 2012 on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a victim over the age of 60. The ACLU states that Reed began claiming to be transgender “during the intake process at Stateville Correctional Center.”

Referring to Reed with feminine pronouns, the ACLU argued that “because of her untreated gender dysphoria, Sasha tried to harm herself while housed there, including a suicide attempt.” The complaint notes that in 2015, Reed was transferred to male facility Menard.

The other four men named in the ongoing litigation are already being held at Logan, having been quietly transferred in beginning in 2019. This is despite their recorded sex listed as “male” in DOC records.

Kuykendall, who is a registered sex offender, is serving a 40-year sentence for the 2013 stabbing murder of his former girlfriend, high school student Erin Schneider. The 17 year-old was found dead just hours before the two were expected to appear in court, as Schneider’s mother had filed for an emergency protection order against him.

In November 2014, Kuykendall pleaded guilty but mentally ill to first degree murder. Just months prior, while awaiting trial, he began claiming to be transgender.

According to the ACLU complaint, Kuykendall began referring to himself as “Sora” during intake at Menard Correctional Center.

“Within her first week of incarceration, Sora asked for hormones and explained that she wanted to transition,” reads the complaint. “IDOC did not evaluate Sora for gender dysphoria and did not provide any treatment. As a result, and after becoming disturbed by the fact that she was for the first time growing facial hair, Sora attempted to castrate herself by tying her testicles in order to stop the flow of testosterone.”

As part of the initial class-action lawsuit, lawyers for Kuykendall attempted to have his sentence reduced while using his self-declared gender identity as the rationale. Attorneys claimed that Kuykendall was not in a mental state to fully understand the consequences of his guilty plea due to the emotional distress of being transgender.

Patterson is serving time for multiple violent felonies, including murder, attempted murder, and aggravated assault, with a criminal record dating back to 2005. In November 2010, Patterson pleaded guilty to murdering his cellmate by strangling him to death.

In June of 2019, just two months after being transferred into Logan, a woman who was made to share a housing unit with Monroe filed a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) report alleging that he had raped her. Under the protection of anonymity, “Jane Doe” also accused prison officials of attempting to coerce her to lie about her ordeal, which she would later reveal the details of in a February 2020 lawsuit.

Padilla, who is six feet tall and 237 pounds, is serving a 23-year sentence for attempted first-degree murder after he stabbed Frenaz Lyles repeatedly in the abdomen. On the evening of March 25, 2003, Padilla, who is Mexican, bumped into the victim and demanded an apology from him. When Lyles did not apologize, Padilla kicked him in the knees before pulling a knife from his back pocket and stabbing the man three times.

The attempted murder, according to prosecutors, was racially motivated. According to reports of the trial, Padilla “showed no emotion when the verdict was read.”

In a sworn declaration by Padilla filed in 2019, he states: “I am a 39-year-old woman… From a young age, I knew that I was a girl. I felt like a girl on the inside and expressed myself in a feminine way. When I was a child, I attempted to cut off my penis. My family used to tell me that I needed to ‘man up’ and ‘act more masculine.’ Because of my family’s lack of support, I hid my femininity and transgender identity until years later.”

Padilla began claiming to be transgender in 2015 while incarcerated at Danville. “At that time, I began requesting treatment for gender dysphoria, including hormone therapy, female clothing such as a bra and female underwear, and gender-affirming grooming items,” Padilla said. “Despite my diagnosis, IDOC repeatedly denied these requests.”

He continued: “Because I am in a male facility, when IDOC searches me I get searched by a man. If I were in a women’s facility I believe that these kinds of searches would be performed by women. To have a male touch me makes me feel sick—my anxiety goes through the roof and I have no way to control it. I have to dissociate myself. If I allowed myself to feel I would be crying all day because I am a woman in stuck in a male facility.”

Melendez, a registered sex offender serving a combined sentence of 35 years for murder and aggravated battery with a firearm began claiming to be transgender in 2015, six years into his prison sentence.

A declaration by Melendez filed by the ACLU states: “From a young age, I knew that I was a girl. As a child, I often went into my mother’s room and tried on her clothes and makeup. I attempted to pierce my own ears. When my mother asked me whether I preferred to play with toys for boys or girls, I always chose the ones I thought were the girls’ toys.”

As a result of ACLU litigation, convicted pedophile James Blessent was sent to serve his sentence at Logan upon his conviction in 2024. Blessent, who calls himself Michelle, is currently being housed at the facility after being found guilty of raping his two children. As previously reported by Reduxx, Blessent, 35, was initially arrested in April of 2023 in a case which included five counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under 13.

A “non-binary” academic who previously was forced to resign from a criminal justice assistant professorship after defending the “dignity” of “minor attracted people” is offering to pay self-identified pedophiles to participate in a survey. Allyn Walker, now associated with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (formerly the Moore Center for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse), posted the recruitment advert in the Virtuous Pedophiles Forum, where she has been a member for nearly ten years.

“We’re recruiting 10 participants for interviews within the next week to give us feedback on new content for the Help Wanted program. Interviews will last 30-60 minutes and participants will receive a $100 gift card of their choice in exchange for their time,” Walker wrote in the VirPed forum.

Virtuous Pedophiles (VirPed) is a group founded in 2012 that purports to seek the de-stigmatization of pedophilia in order to facilitate “harm prevention and personal support.” Members acknowledge that they have a sexual attraction to children, but claim to want lead normal productive lives without abusing children. The group has repeatedly claimed they have a “commitment to non-offending” and position themselves as a resource for journalists, academics, and public education on pedophilia.

The Help Wanted Program, created by academics at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health bills itself as “an online course to provide help to people attracted to younger children.” A video introduction featured on the program’s website promises to offer “coping strategies to manage your sexual attraction to children” in order to build a “healthy sexuality.”

Requirements shared by Walker offer self-declared pedophiles the opportunity to participate in an “anonymous, audio-only Zoom call with a member of the study team.”

“We will not be collecting any personally identifying information from our participants. We ask those interested in participating to please visit the link below for information on how to participate in the study and obtain an anonymous email address,” Walker stated.

Walker, a female-to-male transgender who identifies as non-binary, was the subject of widespread controversy in 2021 after she sat down for an interview with Prostasia – a registered 503c which many have called “pro-pedophile” for their stances on legalizing child-like sex dolls and routinely comparing pedophilia to a sexuality.

Similarly, Walker had once entertained theories about giving pedophiles access to “high quality child pornography” to stop offending.

Walker was an assistant professor of sociology and criminal justice at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and had interviewed with Prostasia’s now-defunct podcast in November to promote her book titled “A Long, Dark Shadow: Minor Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity.”

In the interview, Walker stated she used the term “minor attracted people” out of consideration for pedophile’s feelings, noting “… I think it’s important to use terminology for groups that members of that group want others to use for them.” She also stated that “MAP advocacy groups like B4U-Act have advocated for use of the term, and they’ve advocated for it primarily because it’s less stigmatizing than other terms like pedophile.”

The term ‘MAP’ is an acronym which stands for ‘Minor-Attracted Person,’ and is used in online pro-pedophile communities as a way to reduce stigma against individuals who seek to sexually abuse children. It was coined by the co-founder of pedophile advocacy group B4U-ACT, convicted child rapist Michael Melsheimer. Melsheimer explicitly stated that the purpose of the organization was to normalize pedophilia where the National Association of Man-Boy Love (NAMBLA) had failed to do so.

Both B4U-Act and the Virtuous Pedophile (VirPed) community has been influencing researchers and academics for several years from behind a veil of anonymity.

B4U-ACT partnered with a researcher at McGill University in Canada, who then conducted a survey aimed at gaining insight from “child lovers” in online pedophile communities in an effort to attain data on “romantic attraction to children.” The survey, like Walker’s survey, inquired about sexual offending against minors while promising complete anonymity and privacy to respondents.

In 2022, Reduxx became aware that a UK-based administrator of VirPed had been placing letters within books at public libraries. The letters pleaded for more tolerance towards “non-offending pedophiles.” The man behind the campaign, who calls himself Bly Rede, had the year before been promoted by Candice Christiansen, a sex-addiction therapist who serves on the United Nations Human Trafficking Task Force, on her show titled “The Prevention Podcast.” Christiansen is the creator of the website The Global Prevention Project, where she has published submissions from self-professed pedophiles.

Bly warned community members in 2021 that researchers and academics have access to the VirPed forum. “Some researchers describe (without directly quoting) the kinds of things that are discussed here and they might publish those descriptions in papers, articles etc. We see no reason to refuse this,” he wrote.

Bly runs several websites promoting the concept of a non-offending “minor attracted person,” or MAP, and he frequently portrays children as pedophiles in order to induce sympathetic reactions from readers.

In 2019, Bly published an article on his blog “The P Word” which argued that young children can be pedophiles, and that he first realized he was attracted to children when he was a child. In the article, he quotes the definition of pedophilia as stated in the fifth edition of the American Psychiatric Association’s (APA) manual for physicians, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V).

“A pedophile is someone who experiences sexual attraction to children below the age of puberty. It’s quite a simple definition, and you will notice that it isn’t the same as the definition we would give to the term ‘child molester’ or ‘child sex offender,’” Bly remarked.

“That is for the simple reason that being a pedophile does not mean you’re inevitably going to sexually offend against children. Why isn’t this generally known? Because the only pedophiles most of us hear about are the ones who commit offences. The rest are invisible. Why do we stay invisible? Because we are hiding.”

He added, “Most pedophiles realise they are pedophiles at the age of fourteen. For some it’s a little earlier.”

Bly does not mention that the DSM-V definition of pedophilia he refers to was directly influenced by MAP activists.

In 2024, Reduxx discovered that a transgender MAP activist behind a “MAP” merchandise shop was one of the men who involved in a pro-pedophilia group that has consulted academics. Katie Cruz, a pseudonym used by a man who calls himself Cali Miller, said he had been “working behind the scenes” with activist group B4U-ACT, which campaigns to have pedophilia recognized as a sexual orientation, and which has contributed to academic research at some of North America’s top universities.

On Patreon, Cruz has stated that his “age of attraction” is between 9 and 13 years old. He also has claimed to identify as having a “trans age” of between “13 and 17ish.”

In a blog written by Cruz titled “A MAP in Love,” he states that he is “hopelessly in love with little girls” and explains that he holds “radical ideas of legalizing relationships between adults and tween girls.”

“I’ve known for a long time that I was a girl-lover. I’ve always found young girls to be desirable, on an emotional and physical level,” Cruz wrote in 2019. He described how, in 2007, “in the midst of lonely turmoil,” he discovered pro-pedophile advocacy and communities online.

“I read through their heartfelt messages about how much they love and care about little girls. What they were writing was exactly how I felt. And what they preached never changed. They all truly love little girls, just as I do,” Cruz said.

One notable endorsement of VirPed comes from Ray Blanchard, a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Blanchard has helped to devise protocols and guidelines used internationally via his work with the American Psychiatric Association, which publishes the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM). Blanchard served on the DSM-4 Subcommittee on Gender Identity Disorders in the early 1990’s, and was again appointed to the DSM-5 Working Group on Gender and Sexual Identity Disorders.

Blanchard was also responsible for the DSM-5 entry for pedophilia, which distinguishes a difference between a “pedophilic sexual interest” and a “pedophile disorder,” and conferred with self-described “MAP” activists during the process.

Yet despite promoting themselves as “virtuous pedophiles,” one of the leading figures behind VirPed was arrested in Norway in July and charged with the rape of two children under the age of 14. The man, who has remained unnamed in Norwegian press but is known as “Charlie” online, was reportedly a primary school teacher in Rogaland.

According to local news reports, Charlie was remanded to custody, placed under a contact ban, and held in isolation for the first two weeks of his four-week detention period. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge of raping a minor, but was found in possession of child sexual abuse materials. Under Norwegian law, the sexual abuse of children under the age of 14 is treated as a serious criminal offense and can carry severe penalties.

Charlie was released from police custody on August 13 and is awaiting trial.

A trans-identified male who has pleaded guilty to stalking the surgeon who carried out his transsexual operation was a volunteer at the Liverpool Women’s hospital, where he says he worked in Maternity and Gynaecology. Vivienne Taylor, himself an “aspiring gender affirmation surgeon,” stalked the woman who operated on him and sent threatening messages suggesting he wanted to “batter” her.

Taylor, 28, appeared before Westminster magistrates on Monday, when he pleaded guilty to stalking causing serious alarm or distress, for a period over more than four years.

According to a report by The Standard, Taylor made repeated attempts to visit surgeon Tina Rashid by turning up at her place of work, the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, falsely claiming to have an appointment. Rashid, who performed genital surgery on Taylor, is a senior consultant urological surgeon with a specialism in genital surgery for men who claim to identify as women, and she is the National Clinical Lead for Gender Surgery.

The hospital banned Taylor from seeing Rashid, and he was detained in 2021 “under mental health legislation.”

“The complainant thought that was the end of the matter and the defendant moved away from London”, prosecutor Jonathan Bryan said on Monday. “But then the matter started again in September 2024, when the defendant contacted the complainant.”

Taylor sent multiple unwanted emails to Rashid, and on November 2, sent a message “saying [he] would batter her and shag her partner.”

Taylor’s obsession with Rashid first came to light in 2021, when he brought her a cake to thank her for his surgery. It was at that time that a large number of photos of Rashid were noticed on Taylor’s phone.

Taylor would later be readmitted to Rashid’s hospital due to complications that prosecutor Bryan suggested were likely “self-inflicted,” as Taylor was “insisting that [he] be treated by the same surgeon… [He] threatened to kill [himself] if [he] wasn’t dealt with by that surgeon.”

Leading up to his genital surgery, Taylor was a volunteer for three months in 2017 at the Liverpool Women’s NHS Trust, according to his LinkedIn profile. Taylor says that he “greeted patients and staff in the Women’s hospital and supported the Maternity Ward with admin work, general enquiries and gained patient exposure shadowing staff in Maternity, Gynaecology and Emergency departments.”

The deranged stalker was also a Stonewall Youth Volunteer, where he likely interacted with young people and minors. Stonewall describes volunteer responsibilities as involving directly working with youth during drop-ins, Support Groups, and field trips.

Additionally, Taylor has filed nearly 100 Freedom of Information requests, where he has sought personal information related to medical professionals.

In 2021, Taylor demanded to know the GMC registration number and identity of the head of the urology department at Charing Cross Hospital.

That same year Taylor also created multiple FOI requests pertaining to Rashid and her medical history, asking for a record of complications and injuries that she may have caused “from when she began practicing medicine to present.”

He also asked the NHS Trust “which person specifically appointed Tina Rashid to lead the GRS department in 2014,” and “what was Tina Rashid’s reasoning, drive and motivation to enter medicine and become a doctor and then ultimately, become a consultant surgeon?”

Taylor also wanted to know the “direct professional contact details of Miss Tina Rashid,” stating that he needed to contact her urgently “to arrange a meeting.”

Other FOIs filed by Taylor wanted to know, “What is Tina Rashid’s salary, after tax, as a consultant urological surgeon, per annum?” and “What are all the GMC numbers and professional details of every consultant psychiatrist that works within CWP psychiatric hospitals?”

Another doctor targeted by Taylor was urologist James Bellringer, about whom he requested the same information regarding complications. Taylor had apparently heard of Bellringer via one of his patients, Liverpool Pride Lead and trans-identified male Amanda Hilton, with whom Taylor has interacted. In 2021, Taylor asked Aspen Healthcare Ltd., “In an NHS capacity, what is James Bellringer’s socioeconomic and educational background? Is James currently or has James ever been privileged?”

Taylor was an aspiring surgeon, and had been taking courses to that aim. Last year, Taylor shared on LinkedIn that he had completed Aesthetic courses in Manchester.

A cheerful post from two weeks ago states that Taylor was about to undergo an intensive trauma-based counseling session. “I start undertaking my intensive trauma-based counseling session today. Wish me luck! It will drain me but it’ll be okay.”

In the months leading up to his court date, Taylor claims to have attempted suicide. Two months ago, Taylor posted a photo of himself smiling in front of the River Thames, where he said he attempted to end his life. As a result of the suicide attempt, Taylor said he was placed in South London and Maudsley hospital.

Right around the time of the suicide attempt, Taylor shared a scathing criticism of “surgeons who just are selfish.”

“I’ve encountered surgeons who are compassionate and I’ve encountered surgeons who just are selfish and don’t give a fuck about their patients, it’s just me me me attitude. My career, my reputation type attitude. I select consultant surgeons who prioritise compassionate care over arrogance,” Taylor wrote.

“I don’t care if you have over 20 years experience, just relate to me and be compassionate and be kind. Don’t be arrogant and up your own arse, even if you’ve been privately educated, have humanity and kindness about you and be down to earth. Demonstrate compassion and full comprehension to your patients, all of them.”

Simultaneously, Taylor was claiming to be a victim of domestic abuse online and seeking sympathetic replies from women.

“Today, I fled domestic abuse and violence from a close family member who lived with me. This person battered, abused and strangled me because they didn’t like that I have been in hospital and been unwell,” Taylor said.

“If you have any resources or information you can send to me, please do so ASAP. I’m with a friend now but will need emergency accommodation in a secure UK location.”

One respondent suggested Taylor seek residence at Women’s Aid, RASA, in Merseyside, to which he replied that he would be in touch with the shelter to secure a spot.

Taylor was also offering advice to founder of online clinic GenderGP, Helen Webberley. Webberley, who doles out hormones and puberty blocking drugs, and advocates for medically “transitioning” minors, has been the subject of several high-profile regulatory battles, ethical concerns, and media exposés.

In 2018, Webberley was convicted and fined for running an independent medical agency without registering with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW). The same year, 14-year-old trans-identifying teen Jayden Lowe, prescribed cross-sex hormones by GenderGP, died by suicide months later by stepping in front of a train.

In 2021, an undercover Telegraph investigation revealed that GenderGP was willing to prescribe testosterone to a 15-year-old girl without parental consent or full assessments.

The following year, Webberley was handed a two-month suspension after a tribunal found “serious misconduct” in her treatment of three female patients aged 11, 12, and 17.

When interacting with Taylor, Webberley asked for advice on how to reassure a man with “many barriers,” including facial hair and a “bigger frame.” In response, Taylor suggested the individual “request a self-referral to an NHS gender dysphoria clinic and an additional self-referral for NHS counselling and psychotherapy.” Webberley replied by praising Taylor’s “sound advice.”

Meanwhile, Taylor was repeatedly publishing threatening posts to his account.

“Don’t let any GP fob you off or pressure you not to go to a hospital where you would like to go. Don’t take no for an answer,” Taylor said three months ago.

Shortly after: “I will personally hold whoever makes decisions for NHS Adult Specialised Services for Gender Dysphoria Surgical Funding and Decisions to account. I will find out who you are and I will directly contact you.”

“I would run the department as an executive myself given half the chance,” he continued. “I know more about gender dysphoria than any of these so-called ‘experts’ running the Specialist Commissioning Services for GD and I would certainly innovate and change the department and policies to be more patient-focused and inclusively-led, rather than go on a mission to save money for the NHS.”

In another post, Taylor announced he would be suing London South Bank University for “failing to offer me a place at university,” which he declared was “discrimination.” He followed up the post with a sinister message: “People tend to underestimate me and it’s a foolish mistake to make. I can be the kindest, most helpful and hospitable girl, but if you screw me over, I’ll be your worst nightmare.”

“I will personally take legal action against any organisation that denies me my human rights,” Taylor said. “I do not care. I do not give the slightest fuck. I will get my justice by any means necessary. I will never back down from standing up for what is right and just.”

Curiously, Taylor’s chosen name is nearly identical to that of Vivian Taylor, the stage name of a well-known American pornography actress who dyed her hair blonde in 2023.

A trans-identified male serving a life sentence for the murder of his estranged wife’s partner has failed in his legal attempt to have cosmetic transsexual surgeries on the taxpayer dime. Nicholas Clark, who changed his name to Veronica-May Clark in 2021, was sentenced to 75 years in prison for bludgeoning his former wife and her partner savagely with a metal pipe, resulting in the man’s death.

During the early hours of November 17, 2007, Clark broke into the Newton, Connecticut home of his wife Christa Clark, where she lay asleep in bed with her partner, Erich Tabert. Nicholas and Christa had been separated since filing for divorce in February that year, and Christa had obtained a protective order against him due to incidents of domestic violence.

At approximately 4:30AM, Nicholas Clark gained entrance to the home by way of the window, carrying with him a metal rod to which he had affixed several screws in order to tear flesh. Christa Clark told police she awoke to her estranged husband beating Erich Tabert with the rod, crushing his skull under repeated and furious blows, before he turned the weapon on her.

Believing both victims to be dead, Nicholas Clark left the premises and dropped the weapon next to Tabert’s blood-covered body. Despite being severely injured, Christa Clark managed to contact emergency services. She was found to have sustained three fractures to her arm, a dislocated elbow, broken facial bones, and a severed nostril. She underwent seven reconstructive surgeries and was left permanently disfigured. Tabert was declared brain dead the same day, and his life support was terminated two days later.

Nicholas Clark was convicted in 2009 of murder, assault, burglary with a deadly weapon, and violation of a protective order. For the murder of Tabert, he was sentenced to 60 years, and for the brutal beating of his former wife, he was handed an additional 15 years.

In April 2016, seven years into his prison term and being held at Cheshire Correctional Institution, Clark began claiming to identify as a woman. One month later, a health care provider assigned him a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, and in July of that same year, Clark attempted to castrate himself with a pair of nail clippers.

It was also at this time when Clark began lodging repeated requests for taxpayer-funded surgeries. According to court records, Clark was seeking several cosmetic procedures, including a hairline reconstruction, facial feminization surgery, breast implants, and a penile inversion.

However, during the past decade Clark had been shuffled around various male prisons in the state of Connecticut due to ongoing claims of persecution. From 2007 to 2011, Clark was held at MacDougall-Walker, where he ran a narcotics smuggling ring with correctional Officer Thomas Hanley. The DOC, learning of the contraband, launched an investigation into Hanley, and Clark accused the officer of sexually assaulting him. In September 2011, Clark was transferred to Corrigan Correctional Center.

Shortly after being transferred to Corrigan, Clark began a hunger strike demanding another transfer while claiming that his cellmate was abusing him. The DOC transferred Clark back to MacDougall-Walker in early 2012. He threatened suicide and again obtained a transfer, this time to Garner Correctional Facility, an inpatient psychiatric center. Two weeks later, he was moved to Cheshire Correctional Institution.

While at Cheshire, Clark complained that inmates were mocking him for his sexual relationship with Officer Hanley, which he said they referred to as “gay stuff.” In 2016, he was transferred back to Garner, where he remained until 2018.

While at Garner, Clark said he felt “safer,” and it was during this period that Clark began declaring a transgender status. The convicted killer also “expressed [his] great hope” to a director of an inpatient art program that “[he’ll] make it to the women’s prison.”

According to court records, Garner, a male institution, was stocked with “female commissary items like bras to purchase,” and in November 2017, an endocrinologist at the University of Connecticut (UConn) began providing Clark with hormones.

Clark had initially sought hormones in 2016, just after being transferred to Garner, but prison physician Dr. Gerald Valletta told Clark that he could not prescribe feminizing hormones due to a policy against supplying hormones to inmates unless they had a prescription prior to incarceration.

The killer then threatened litigation, and ten months later he was sent to the UConn physician. A follow-up appointment was not scheduled for another 22 months. In July 2018, Clark reported feeling “traumatized” by his erections and advancing male pattern baldness.

In April 2019, Clark filed a lawsuit against the Connecticut Department of Corrections (DOC) seeking a payout of $500,000 in damages, claiming that prison officials were violating his civil rights by denying him breast implants, electrolysis hair removal, and a higher dosage of feminizing hormones.

While initially representing himself in the lawsuit, in 2021 Clark secured the assistance of a professional legal team with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Connecticut. In the case of Clark v. Quiros, the convicted killer received, pro bono, the legal counsel of Dan Barrett and Elana Bildner of the ACLU Foundation of Connecticut and Daniel Noble, Matthew Danzer, and Kelsey Powderly of Finn Dixon & Herling LLP.

Across the United States, the ACLU has initiated or been involved in at least a dozen lawsuits on behalf of convicted criminals who claim to identify as “transgender.” Their stance that violent men have a right to access cosmetic surgeries and feminizing hormones stands in contrast to a 2022 ACLU filing which said that human beings are “not sexually dimorphic,” and that males have no biological differences from females. The ACLU made the claim in response to a lawsuit launched by the Women’s Liberation Front on behalf of four female inmates incarcerated in California, one of whom was sexually assaulted by a trans-identified male transfer.

In July 2024, U. S. District Court Judge Victor Bolden ruled in favor of Clark, whose attorneys accused DOC officials of “intentional infliction of emotional distress” and that the failure to give Clark his desired hormones and surgeries constituted “extreme and outrageous” conduct.

However, on October 6, Judge Vanessa Lynne Bryant reversed the ruling in the Connecticut court of appeals, and argued that “inmates have no clearly established rights” to receive surgeries upon request.

Curiously, during a September 2021 hearing, court transcripts show that Clark made the bizarre claim that he had pleaded guilty to the cold-blooded killing and assault of his former wife in an attempt to prevent his attorney from outing him as a “transgender woman.” The statement was made during questioning over why he had waited seven years to file a lawsuit against the DOC and the officer he had claimed sexually abused him, Officer Hanley.

“I pled guilty to the charge of murder because I didn’t want to talk about the fact that I was trans,” Clark said. “It’s my understanding I had extreme emotional distress at the time. My attorney, for some reason, I don’t know why he didn’t use it as a defense because I understand that is a valid defense. And, you know, he scared me into pleading guilty because I’m trans,” Clark alleged.

“He’s like, ‘You know, if you go on the record, people will know about you in prison and you’ll have a hard time in prison with this.’ So I pled guilty not for any real reason… but to avoid talking about the fact that I’m a transgender woman,” he added.

Also mentioned during the 2021 court proceedings was a statement Clark had made when speaking with DOC mental health professionals in 2013. “I miss my kids, but I don’t regret what I did,” Clark told psychiatrists, referring to the murder of Tabert and the assault on Christa Clark. When questioned about the statement, Clark claimed that one of the psychologists had been “abrasive” to him.

A self-described “child-protection organization” which campaigned for normalizing pedophilia as a sexual identity has ceased operations citing a “shift” in the political “climate.” Established in 2018, the Prostasia Foundation was a charity registered in the state of California that has advocated for the rights of “minor-attracted persons,” or MAPs.

Despite claiming to be motivated by a desire to eradicate child sexual abuse, the organization’s efforts had dedicated themselves to crusades against child pornography bans, letter-writing campaigns to state representatives demanding child-like sex dolls be kept legal, and funding research into “fantasy sexual outlets” for pedophiles. Prostasia has also condemned anti-pedophile sentiment as harmful “Nazi-like” rhetoric and called for its mass censorship across social media.

A recent announcement published in Prostasia’s September Newsletter explains that the charity has terminated operations, with the charity’s blog and social media accounts being permanently archived.

“When Prostasia was founded in 2018, there was a spirit of greater openness to evidence-based discussions of CSA and its connection with pedophilia and to non-carceral approaches to preventing sexual violence,” reads the statement. “But in the years that followed, until 2021 when Prostasia was at its most active, the climate shifted. Movements across the political spectrum hardened the discourse, and our mission became increasingly contentious.”

Prostasia’s announcement further claims that the organization “faced a persistent wave of misinformation and smear campaigns,” leading to an “uphill battle” to continue their MAP advocacy.

As previously revealed by Reduxx in 2023, one general manager of Prostasia was caught operating pseudonymous online accounts where he admitted to being a pedophile and to masturbating to photos of children.

Though listed on the Prostasia Team Page under the name “Prescott Bayern,” the general manager, whose real name is Lawrence P. Bayern, was active on one of the world’s largest pedophile message boards dedicated to homosexual men who call themselves “boy lovers.” Calling himself “Larry,” Bayern advocated for giving children their own sex dolls and stated that he has had a “desire for adolescents.”

In one forum, Bayern told another participant: “Tomorrow I am going to where ever I can find the most children, ogle and leer at them all day and then go home and self gratify myself until raw.”

For years, Prostasia has collaborated with an organization which calls itself the MAP Support Club, an unregistered group which claims to provide “peer support” for pedophiles, and invites “minor-attracted people” aged 13 years old and up to participate in online chats about “minor attraction”.

Announcing their partnership, Prostasia said, “Since November, 2019, MAP Support Club staff have been in talks with Prostasia Foundation about a public partnership, which is the first such public and formal collaboration in history between a child protection charity and a chat-based support community for minor attracted people.”

Prostasia has also claimed that minors can be pedophiles in order to justify their outreach to children. “Every day, a handful of adolescents around the world are realizing for the first time that they might be pedophiles,” one Prostasia blog post reads. “Can you imagine how awful that must be? I believe that it is helpful for there to be public role models of non-offending, anti-contact MAPs.”

In another article published to the organization’s blog, Prostasia has offered “online ageplay safety tips,” and defines ageplay as “a form of role-play in which at least one of the participants adopts the role or mindset of someone younger—a teenager, child, or even a baby” for sexual purposes.

“Sex-positive movements, such as the LGBTQ+ movement and the organized kink/BDSM community… fight for the rights of sexual minority communities,” the post continues. “According to this philosophy, it doesn’t matter what you think about when you masturbate or have sex. There is no point in questioning why someone should be sexually aroused by kinks such as ageplay.”

The blog post goes on to warn readers to use end-to-end encrypted messaging services when engaging in “ageplay” and recommends applications such as such as Signal, WhatsApp, Wire, Wickr, or Threema. “Also, be careful not to host archives of your chats on unencrypted cloud services… If you are an ageplayer, it pays to be aware of the risks that you may face by engaging in ageplay online: you may run across real minors, predators, or undercover police.”

In 2019, Prostasia hosted a conference discussing “ageplay and child protection” in Oakland, California. Titled “Safewords and Red Lines II: Ageplay and Child Protection,” the workshop billed itself as a collaboration between “kink practitioners and sexologists,” and argued that “sex-positive communities such as kinksters, consensual non-monogamists, and sex workers are well placed to be allies in the fight against child sexual abuse and exploitation.”

In 2022, a professor who criticized Prostasia had his research article on the activist organization erased after they allegedly bullied the publishing journal into deleting his work.

Dr. Alaric Naudé, a Professor focused on the social sciences and linguistics at Suwon University in South Korea, had his research on Prostasia removed from The British Journal of Sociology and History just 24 hours after it was first published on February 9.

When Dr. Naudé inquired with the Journal on the reason why, he was told Prostasia had contacted them and demanded its removal on the grounds that the group claimed it was defamatory.

The article, titled A Case Study via Sociolinguistic Analysis of [a] Covert Pro-Pedophilia Organization Registered as a Child Protection Charity, focused on how Prostasia claims to be for child protection but builds a narrative framing pedophiles as victims of “an oppressive social structure.”

The following year, two academics who have had leadership roles within Prostasia contributed to the publication of an academic article arguing in favor of providing child pornography to “people who are attracted to children.”

In “Fantasy Sexual Material Use by People with Attractions to Children,” content depicting the rape of children is labeled “fantasy sexual material,” or FSM. The research received funding from Prostasia, and its authors include Gillian Tenbergen, former Executive Director of Prostasia Foundation, and former advisory board member Craig Harper.

The academic article argues that treatment options for pedophiles ought to “address sexual frustration.”

“Specifically in relation to people with sexual attractions to children, the relationship between FSM use and help-seeking and treatment needs should be established… considering sexual fulfillment and satisfaction as an important treatment need might be an increasingly pressing issue.” The articles continues: “FSM could act as a safe sexual outlet that allows for a feeling of release and sense of catharsis, which could reduce a motivation to seek out real children as a sexual partner.”

In addition to promoting the concept of “minor attraction” as a sexual orientation, the Prostasia Foundation has advocated for the use of puberty-halting drugs on children who are labeled “transgender.”

Former Prostasia Director of Communications Noah Berlatsky told Business Insider in 2023 about his “queer family,” while claiming that his son identifies as a transgender woman. “Our daughter came out as bisexual in middle school. In high school, she reassessed and came out as trans and lesbian, Berlatsky wrote. “My daughter is transgender, and my wife is bisexual and nonbinary.”

During his time in a leadership role, Berlatsky produced promotional material for Prostasia via a podcast and video interview series called Prostasia Conversations, beginning in 2020.

Prior to working with Prostasia, Berlatsky had written a book titled “Wonder Woman: Bondage and Feminism,” published by Rutgers University Press in 2017, which dealt with the theme of bondage in the comic book series of the same title. He has also written for various mainstream media outlets, such as The Atlantic, and NBC News.

In a 2021 article for NBC, Berlatsky provides a glowing review of season 3 of Netflix’s comedy drama series “Sex Education.”

“The students (and indeed the adults) at the fictitious British Moordale Secondary School masturbate, have sex, use contraception, deal with STDs, explore kink and have abortions,” Berlatsky wrote. “All of this is presented with a cheerful lack of censure. The show loves everybody, and, indeed, every body. This utopian depiction of a world in which all are accepted for who they are is exhilarating.”

The following year, he praised Netflix’s popular show “Stranger Things” while arguing against proposed bills seeking to establish greater protections for children in the classroom. Such bills, Berlatsky said, “claim to protect children from sexual discussions in classrooms, but in reality will help criminalize and stigmatize discussion of LGBT identities, and force queer children, and queer teachers, into the closet… adults terrorize children because, ultimately, they are afraid that if children were ever fully empowered, the world would turn upside down.”

But Berlatsky would make headlines after conducting a sympathetic interview with non-binary academic Allyn Walker, formerly an instructor at Old Dominion University, who came to widespread infamy in October of 2021 after utilizing the term “minor attracted people” to refer to pedophiles while speaking on the Prostasia podcast.

Walker, a female-to-male transgender who identifies as non-binary, stated she used the term “minor attracted people” out of consideration for pedophile’s feelings, noting “… I think it’s important to use terminology for groups that members of that group want others to use for them.” She also stated that “MAP advocacy groups like B4U-Act have advocated for use of the term, and they’ve advocated for it primarily because it’s less stigmatizing than other terms like pedophile.”

Walker spoke with Berlatsky in order to promote her book titled “A Long, Dark Shadow: Minor Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity.” As outrage mounted on social media, copies of Walker’s PhD dissertation quickly began to circulate, showing Walker had entertained theories regarding allowing pedophiles to access “high quality child pornography” in the belief that this will reduce sexual abuse.

Disturbingly, Prostasia has also partnered with a similar pedophile advocacy group called Virtuous Pedophiles (VirPed). Prostasia’s Executive Director Jeremy Malcolm was a signatory to an open letter from the non-profit dated February 8, 2021, condemning BBC’s Channel 4 television series Hunting Paedophiles. Other signatories include Nick Devin, Founder of Virtuous Pedophiles, and J. Michael Bailey, a professor at Northwestern University.

“Just as the media has learned to use the term ‘child sexual abuse material’ in place of ‘child pornography,’ it is also time that the use of the term “paedophile” to refer to someone who has committed child sexual abuse was also phased out,” reads the letter.

“The incorrect conflation of paedophilia with child sexual abuse creates a stigma against help-seeking by people who do have paedophilia, or who think that they might. This stigma is especially damaging for young people, who are typically in their early teens when they realize their sexual interests.”

As Reduxx recently revealed, a leading figure at VirPed has allegedly been arrested in Norway and charged with the rape of two children under the age of 14. The charges leveled against the VirPed director stand in direct opposition to the group’s stated goals, and call into question the group’s claims about its own vetting process. Despite the charges against him, “Charlie” is being discussed sympathetically within the VirPed community.

An Australian woman who has vocally opposed the participation of trans-identified male players in women’s football leagues has been deemed guilty of “vilification” after two of the men filed Apprehended Violence Orders (AVO) against her for referring to them as “men.”

Kirralie Smith, a spokeswoman with Binary Australia, a campaign group dedicated to advocating for single-sex sports in Australia, has been told by the local court of New South Wales that she “unlawfully vilified” the two men – Justin “Riley” Dennis and Nicholas “Stephanie” Blanch – by raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s sports after learning of injuries sustained by female players.

Demands made by Dennis and Blanch that may be imposed upon Smith and Binary Australia include: two payouts to the trans-identified men, at a maximum of $100,000 each, for “damages” to their reputation; a further financial penalty requiring Smith and Binary to cover the men’s court costs; a requirement that Smith and Binary issue a public apology; and the expectation that they “develop a policy aimed at eliminating unlawful discrimination and transgender vilification in relation to any future public acts.”

The court’s final decision, which will outline the extent of the punitive measures, is expected to be handed down in November.

Reduxx has reviewed both of the judgements, which were decided by Magistrate Sharon Freund on August 26. The AVO judgements center around comments that Smith made on social media which highlighted the fact that Dennis and Blanch, by playing on women’s football teams, jeopardized the safety of female athletes.

The AVO lodged by Dennis was filed in March 2023. Police visited Smith at her home on March 30 and Smith was given the AVO requiring that she refrain from discussing or approaching Dennis – despite the fact that Smith lives over 200 miles from him.

Last week’s court decision laid out specific comments made by Smith between March 29 and March 31, 2023 that Dennis alleged were discriminatory against him. In particular, Smith discussed alleged injuries sustained by two female players which were said to have occurred during a match involving Dennis.

“I have cried a lot today,” Smith wrote on Facebook on March 27, 2023. “Last night I was contacted by people in Sydney. It is alleged that two female soccer players were hospitalised over the weekend after being forced to play against a male appropriating womanhood. Trying to get hold of the video. Football Australia have received more than 2000 complaints about the men in teams such as Wingham FC and some Sydney first grade teams,” she said, referencing both Blanch and Dennis.

“No one is excluding trans,” Smith continued. “We simply want female sex-based services and spaces. The trans can play according to biology or on a mixed or trans team.”

Smith also noted that “the top goal scorer in the NSW Women’s League One First Grade soccer is male,” referring again to Dennis. “Football NSW fail to safeguard women and girls for the sake of men’s feelings!”

In 2023, Football New South Wales (NSW) introduced a Gender Diversity Policy. The guidance states, “FNSW remains committed to supporting the inclusion of Transgender, Non-Binary and Gender Diverse people in Football. FNSW intends that Gender Diverse Players who are registered to play Football in the gender competition which best suits the Player’s Gender Identity shall be supported to play in a safe
and inclusive environment.”

Additionally, Football Australia’s Anti-Discrimination Policy defines “excluding people on the basis of their sex and / or gender identity status from participation in a competitive sporting activity” as a prohibited form of discrimination.

A letter-writing campaign was launched by Smith, out of concern for the safety of the female players, encouraging concerned individuals to contact Football New South Wales — which reportedly then received over 12,000 submissions. Yet after Smith had publicly identified Dennis as the top goal scorer in the women’s league, Football NSW scrubbed Dennis’ name from their website, replacing his name with “Inter Player” on their roster.

After being afforded protection by Football New South Wales, Dennis continued to play on women’s football teams. On May 21 of that year, Dennis was filmed injuring a young female athlete during a game between the Inter Lions and the St. George football clubs at the Majors Bay Reserve.

Reduxx published footage of the match, showing Dennis launch his smaller female opponent towards a metal fence using an aggressive tackle as the two chased down the ball.

Reduxx was told that the female St. George player was provided treatment from the club’s physiotherapist during the game’s half-time break, hoping to be able to return to the field. But, during the second half of the game, the woman was only able to play for “approximately 8 minutes” before she succumbed to the injuries she sustained and had to be replaced.

An anonymous source close to the situation explained to Reduxx that Dennis left the Inter Lions team following the controversy over the injured female players. The source stated that Dennis then submitted at least three applications of interest for other teams, which were not accepted. The Flying Bats, however, approved his application to join the team. The football club’s official website states it is “the biggest LGBTQIA+ women’s and non-binary football club in the world,” having been founded in 1985.

The Flying Bats, a football club for “self-identified women and non-binary people,” has drawn significant criticism due to its policies, and because there are at least five male players known to be playing on their Premier League women’s football team. The heightened scrutiny has led officials to increase security and implement prohibitions against filming at matches.

As critics such as Smith have attempted to sound the alarm regarding the risks posed to female players, as well as emphasizing the physical advantages that male athletes have over other women’s teams, The Flying Bats have dominated their competitors. During the 2024 season of the North West Sydney Football Women’s Premier Competition, The Flying Bats won all 17 games and scored 76 goals while only a total of 8 points were scored against them.

In 2022, the Flying Bats FC was presented with a Fair Play award, the same year that a female player had her leg broken in two places by an unidentified male player for their team. The female player was said to be “screaming in pain” due to the injury, and is now no longer playing football. At the time, her teammate was penalized for “transphobia” after she made a remark referring to the trans-identified player as a male.

The second AVO lodged against Smith was filed by Nicholas “Stephanie” Blanch, who plays against female athletes in the Wingham Football Club.

Blanch first applied for his AVO against Smith on March 22, 2023, but his complaint was rejected in January of 2024 after the Civil and Administrative Tribunal of New South Wales found that the scope of the request was out of their jurisdiction. But Blanch appealed the following month, arguing that Smith’s “conduct” had caused him to fear for his safety, and on March 21 of last year, Magistrate Greenwood granted him permission to pursue the matter in court.

In January 2023, Smith wrote an article for Binary which explained that Blanch was male and that he had been given a participation award for playing against women.

“Men of mid coast NSW [New South Wales], can you get in touch with me please? I need your help. There is a bloke playing on the women’s team in Wingham and many are upset about it. The federation is refusing to listen,” Smith posted to X on January 19, 2023.

The following day, Smith posted the article she had written alongside a photo of Blanch. Examples of statements highlighted as harassment in Blanch’s AVO include quotes from the article Smith authored.

“Wingham Football Club on the Mid North Coast of NSW published these photos on their Facebook page in December 2022. The bloke in a frock was receiving an award for playing in the women’s division.”

“The bloke in a frock can play either in the men’s competition or a mixed competition, there is absolutely no need for him to play in a women’s division,” Smith added. “No one is saying he can’t play. It is simply a matter of fairness, safety, and dignity. He is male and does not belong in a female division. Women and girls deserve to have the option of a female-only competition.”

The AVO further cites several instances wherein Smith referred to Blanch simply as a “bloke in a frock,” and a “man,” between January and February 2023. The court, in its judgement, stated that Smith – and by extension Binary Australia – “sought to evoke fear in the reader regarding the fact that [Blanch], who is described as a man / male / bloke is playing in a women’s team (and transgender women playing in women’s sport generally).”

Evidence provided in the judgement to support this statement included Smith’s comments: “How can girls, women, and families feel safe when they are not even permitted to question the presence of a man in their space or on the field?” and “Why should parents be put in the terrible situation of having to deal with an adult man in their daughter’s bathroom?”

In 2013, the Gillard government introduced legislation which amended Australia’s Anti-Discrimination Act to include provisions regarding “gender identity.”

Section 38S of the ADA states: “It is unlawful for a person, by a public act, to incite hatred towards, serious contempt for, or severe ridicule of a person [or persons] on the ground that the person is a transgender person.”

As a result of Australia’s national policies prohibiting public statements of “discrimination” on the basis of gender identity, Smith has been repeatedly censored online over the past two years.

On February 20, 2023, Smith’s public Facebook page was removed at the request of Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant. Smith had set up the page in 2016 and used the platform to advocate for the rights of women and girls being harmed by gender identity policies. At the time of its deletion, Smith’s page had over 47,000 followers.

Other instances of censorship have seen her posts made to social media taken down. In total, Smith has been required to appear in court ten times to defend herself for referring to trans-identified males as men.

On August 20, having just lost her appeal to have the AVOs against her dismissed, prominent news outlet The Sydney Morning Herald portrayed Blanch as a “vulnerable person” who had been the victim of “escalating abuse online.” Solicitor Karen Beashel, who represented Blanch, told the newspaper, “The decision confirms online harassment, even if dressed as ‘political commentary’, can and will justify the making of an APVO.”

The director of a pro-pedophile activist group has allegedly been arrested in Norway and charged with the rape of two children under the age of 14. The man, who has remained unnamed in Norwegian press but is known as “Charlie” online, was reportedly a primary school teacher in Rogaland and was arrested on July 9.

According to local news reports, Charlie was remanded to custody, placed under a contact ban, and held in isolation for the first two weeks of his four-week detention period. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge of raping a minor, but was found in possession of child sexual abuse materials. Under Norwegian law, the sexual abuse of children under the age of 14 is treated as a serious criminal offense and can carry severe penalties.

Charlie was released from police custody on August 13 and is awaiting trial, according to a co-director of the Virtuous Pedophiles (VirPed) group who calls himself Markus, and allegedly admitted to law enforcement that he had sexually abused a child “several years ago.”

Virtuous Pedophiles (VirPed) is a group founded in 2012 that purports to seek the de-stigmatization of pedophilia in order to facilitate “harm prevention and personal support.” Members acknowledge that they have a sexual attraction to children, but claim to want lead normal productive lives without abusing children. The group has repeatedly claimed they have a “commitment to non-offending” and position themselves as a resource for journalists, academics, and public education on pedophilia.

The charges leveled against the VirPed director stand in direct opposition to the group’s stated goals, and calls into question the group’s claims about its own operations.

On a page titled, “I Am an Adult Pedophile,” the VirPed site reads: “Don’t panic. You are a pedophile, but it’s only a part of who you are. You are not alone. There are a lot of people like you who have this attraction and still go on to live satisfying lives and never try to seek sexual activity with a child. Your attraction does not make you a bad person, and you did not choose to be a pedophile either.”

However, Charlie is being discussed sympathetically within the VirPed community despite the charges against him.

“My heart goes out to him,” wrote one forum member, known as gwenisgone, who has listed their “age of attraction” as being between 1 to 12 years old. “It’s been difficult dealing with this news ever since I found out, but I firmly believe Charlie to be a good and upstanding person. This will be an incredibly difficult time for him and our community. What’s important is that we stand together and support each other through this process.”

A German man who calls himself Consuela added, “I hope everything goes well for him and these accusations go away with nothing found, he is such a nice guy.”

Forum moderator Paddy Hopf said, “I am a moderator on VirPed, doing this good work, and now my boss has been arrested on charges of going against the tenets of the organization… VirPed will not die. We are like cockroaches. We are small in a world that is out to get us, but we’re too pervasive and resilient to be put down.”

The incident has been the subject of debate within one of the internet’s longest-running pro-pedophile forums, BoyChat, where men gather to discuss their sexual attraction to underage boys. BoyChat, which has been in operation since 1995, was founded by a self-described “boy lover” and operates as a network for men to connect and discuss their pedophilic interest in boys as well as strategies for promoting the normalization of pedophilia.

Men involved in the BoyChat community share tips on how to avoid law enforcement and advocate for sexual offending against minors. The terms “pro-contact” and “no contact” or “anti-contact” are used to differentiate between those who believe sex with minors should be legalized and those who claim to avoid acting on their urge to abuse.

On July 16, user John Holt announced that VirPed director Charlie had been arrested, while suggesting that BoyChat members should err on the side of “caution.”

“In Norway, lolisho is illegal,” he stated, referring to lolicon and shota, two forms of Japanese illustrated child pornography. “He may have been arrested off the back of a coercive parent’s personal grievance and then they found cartoons.”

The responses from BoyChat members were varied, but several users have expressed a view that it is impossible to be a non-offending pedophile.

“It would be nice if [pro-contact] pedophiles were more conciliatory and welcoming towards their mistaken VirPed brethren, especially when a VirPed has failed to live up to their own overly ascetic ideals,” wrote Errant on August 1. “Show them that it’s not all fire and brimstone and ideological puritanism and that it’s OK to come over to our side of the pool.”

User Fragment wrote on July 16, “I think it’s much worse when an anti-c offends… both ethically and in terms of optics. As a pro-c, my crimes were basically committed in alignment with my own sense of values and right and wrong. But an anti-c committing those same crimes is violating their own deeply held code. My conscience is clean, theirs is not…. It’s funny how the ‘children can’t consent’ meme is so strong in VirPed culture that no one is even talking about where it might’ve been a willing or unwilling encounter.”

In 2022, Reduxx became aware that a UK-based member of VirPed had been placing letters within books at public libraries. The letters pleaded for more tolerance towards “non-offending pedophiles.” The man behind the campaign, who calls himself Bly Rede, had the year before been promoted by Candice Christiansen, a sex-addiction therapist who serves on the United Nations Human Trafficking Task Force, on her show titled “The Prevention Podcast.” Christiansen is the creator of the website The Global Prevention Project, where she has published submissions from self-professed pedophiles.

Similarly, members of both the VirPed and BoyChat forums have been solicited as participants in academic research.

In 2023, Reduxx learned that a researcher at McGill University in Canada had been conducting a survey aimed at gaining insight from “child lovers” in online pedophile communities, including BoyChat. The survey featured images of naked children and asked participants to rate their attraction. Psychology PhD researcher Julia Levitan’s survey, titled “Nature and Correlates of Romantic Attraction to Children,” asked respondents whether they identify as transgender, non-binary, or genderqueer.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation, a UK-based child protection charity dedicated exclusively to preventing child sexual abuse praises the Virtuous Pedophile community on its official website, where the charity has given VirPed a rating of “pioneering.”

“The work of Virtuous Pedophiles has been supported by a range of professionals including academic researchers in the psychology field,” reads the charity’s statement, before linking to a series of testimonials posted on the VirPed website.

The group has also been covered positively in dozens of mainstream media outlets. In 2014, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation offered them praise in a profile titled “Virtuous Pedophiles Group Gives Support Therapy Cannot.”

One notable endorsement of VirPed comes from Ray Blanchard, a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Blanchard has helped to devise protocols and guidelines used internationally via his work with the American Psychiatric Association, which publishes the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM). Blanchard served on the DSM-4 Subcommittee on Gender Identity Disorders in the early 1990’s, and was again appointed to the DSM-5 Working Group on Gender and Sexual Identity Disorders.

Of VirPed, Blanchard said: “People do not choose to be attracted to children or adults any more than they choose to be attracted to males or females. Not all pedophiles are child molesters (or vice versa). Child molesters are defined by their acts; pedophiles are defined by their desires. There are pedophiles and hebephiles who never act on their sexual attraction towards children. They cannot be blamed for what they feel, and they should be supported for the constant self-restraint they must exercise in order to behave ethically. I support Virtuous Pedophiles in its efforts to reduce child sexual abuse by helping pedophiles to never molest children.”

Blanchard was also responsible for the DSM-5 entry for pedophilia, which distinguishes a difference between a “pedophilic sexual interest” and a “pedophile disorder,” and conferred with self-described “MAP” activists associated with a group called B4U-Act.

B4U-ACT has campaigned for years to change and ultimately eliminate the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) entry on pedophilia. During a 2011 symposium titled “Pedophilia, Minor-Attracted Persons, and the DSM: Issues and Controversies,” hosted by B4U-ACT, co-founder Richard Kramer – who uses a pseudonym to conceal his identity – used results of anonymous surveys conducted with the participation of members of B4U-ACT in an attempt to establish that pedophilia is an innate identity that emerges in childhood.

While former B4U-Act co-founder Melsheimer died in 2010, the co-founder and current head of B4U-ACT, Kramer, also has a long history of pro-pedophilia lobbying and has admitted to having a sexual attraction to boys.

Prior to his involvement with B4U-ACT, Kramer operated a website called the Male Homosexual Attraction to Minors Information Center, which advocates favorably for what Kramer describes as “feelings of sexual attraction that some men have for underage boys.” The website notes a previous symposium addressing the issue of removing “gender identity disorder and the paraphilias” from the DSM, a move which would ultimately amount to de-pathologizing harmful forms of sexual behavior.

Another director at VirPed, “Sammy Jenkis,” posted a public apology to the group in May stating that he had “violated” the “physical and personal boundaries” of a “young adult” at a “MAP community conference” hosted by B4U-Act.

“My actions after a party at the B4U-Act conference had me betray everything we stand for… a young adult was there, I was there, and I violated physical and personal boundaries. I ignored consent.”

This year’s “minor-attracted person” conference was held from May 2 to 4 in Ohio and was titled, “Demystifying and Thriving: Understanding MAPs and Fostering Fulfilling Lives.“

Goals for the conference included promoting “affirming, compassionate care for MAPs,” and continuing with a trend from previous years, professional social workers were encouraged to attend, with the promise of receiving Continuing Education Units (CEUs), which are credits earned by attending approved training, workshops, online courses, and other professional development activities.
